I work a flexible 4 day in office schedule. I take my dog Busbee outside and on walks about 4-6 times a day (wake up potty break, after breakfast poop walk, sometimes at lunchtime I come home from office to walk her, after work potty/before dinner time long walk, after dinner poop walk, and lastly bed time final potty before bed).

Busbee is crate trained. At night she sleeps on her bed in my bedroom. During the day she has free roam of the house. I will try to replicate whatever my clients’ pet prefers.

All guests must be completely potty trained. I would like to know your pet’s temperament ahead of time. My dog Busbee has been spayed so we are open to hosting non spayed/neutered female and male pets. Note: Agreed upon drop off and pick up time frame is strictly enforced.
A typical day
Busbee loves the dog park! She is very high energy and enjoys playing a hybrid of fetch and catch me with the chuck-it ball. I also supplement her endless energy levels with daily long dog walks around the neighborhood during the weekday. On the weekends she loves hiking and in the summer swimming. Since moving to the PNW we’ve hiked along the Oregon coast, Deschutes River, and Salmon River in Mt. Hood National Forest!

Hello! My name is Allen, and I moved to Portland, OR in October 2020 with my Airedale terrier, Busbee (we’re both originally from Atlanta, GA!). By day I’m a CPA, but my true passion is caring for animals. Busbee is an “only child” who absolutely loves playing with other dogs, so we’d be thrilled to host a playmate during the week or over the weekend 💕. I bring many years of pet and dog sitting experience—from quick weekend stays to consecutive months. I also have special expertise in senior dog care. Growing up, my family always had dogs (especially Airedales 😉) and even a guinea pig, so animal care has always been part of my life. Ideally, we’d love to host a friendly, sociable dog or puppy (whether high-energy or laid-back) who enjoys playtime and companionship!
