I have a 14 year old family dog (spaniel) who I regularly take care of, full time and just for walks. He’s my world and more. My husband and I used to live on a farm where we had to look after cats ducks and chickens daily. We have been offering dog/pet sitting services since July 2025 and have since had experience with lots of different breeds.

I cannot recommend Annabelle enough. My 2 pups were so well cared for with daily beach walks and lots of cuddles. Annabelle catered perfectly to their needs and they were cared for totally in line with our pre stay discussions, it was truly a home from home for them. I will definitely look for the boys to stay with her again!
Fred and Lottie loved their time with Annabelle. She made us feel really secure and happy that they were in good hands. I'm sure they'll visit again and we'd heartily recommend her.
The dogs had a fantastic time with Annabelle, she was easily contactable and a great communicator,
Nice young couple that my two dogs took to immediately, only a one night stay but girls came back home quite relaxed and happy. I would use Annabelle again ☺️
Annabelleis very kind and understanding and has alovely home. She was clearly very professional and has a good knowledge of dogs. Rolo took to her straight away and seemed very happy when we collected him. I unddrstand rthat he also had cuddles on the bed! Very happy with Annabelle and would definitely use her again!
I can’t thank them enough for looking after Barney and Betty. Sending me photos and updates i could see how happy and well looked after they were there. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Schedule
Myself and my husband Jack live in walkford, just 15 minutes walk from highcliffe beach. I work from home most of the week with one day in office, but with the option to stay home occasionally so can do long stays. We walk to the beach or nearby areas once or twice a day. On weekends my husband and I love to be active around nature, plenty of beach/forest walks as we are in the middle of both.

As I work from home I can be there all day long to provide them company and attention. My routine won’t change as I always go out for walks anyway, it would just be lovely to have a companion. I always make sure they sit near me during working hours with petting breaks every so often My husband is a thatcher by trade but would happily help with care when he’s not working and on weekends.
A typical day
I love to get up and get out as soon as I can in the mornings (not without some morning cuddles and pats). My preference is to head to the beach, spend some time there running about playing fetch. I like to be out for 45-60 mins in the morning. Back home then for feeding before I set up for work. I take lunch hour anytime between 12-2 and head for another 45-60 min walk. I will work in the same room as the dog and give attention when needed. Evenings are for cuddles or playing with toys, or if there’s a good sunset, another trip to the beach but just a short chilled one.
