I currently work part-time. I can care for your animals any time on Saturdays, and Sundays. Weekday visits could work if you are local to me or it would be a drop-in during the morning and evening.

For my own dog, I make sure that I play with her for at least 30 minutes a day, besides all of the usual feedings, and cuddles. She loves learning new commands so we usually practice her little routine which includes: Sit, Shake paw, Lay down, Roll over, Jump for treat, and Speak.

Let me know if your dog can be around other dogs and to what extent (if they can be off the leash at the dog park typically, if they don’t like being sniffed too much, etc.). For cat, just let me know their preferences and what they like. The cat I take care of now for instance likes having time with an open window and some time with the sink faucet on.
A typical day
I think it’s important to understand the breed of dog that I’m looking after. For instance, some dogs love to do tricks, run fast, or have a lot of sniffing time, etc. I’ll brush a dog if requested. For a cat, I’ll typically plant little treats and place cat nip, play with them and pet them, and brush their coat.

I’ve cared for dogs my whole life at home. Formally, I’ve done dog sitting and cat sitting for a few years and I love to do it! Making sure that animals are cared for and happy is something I’m passionate about.

Rebooked with Annabelle and she did great as always! I have a cat who likes to bolt out the door when he can and he did it to her, but she stayed and got him back inside which I’m grateful for!! She also took wonderful care of our dog as well and made sure she stayed active and had company. She was great at communicating and keeping me informed!

Annabelle took wonderful care of my senior cat Ace while I was out of town for the Fourth of July weekend! She was extremely punctual, reliable, and genuinely attentive. Knowing Ace is an older cat who loves company, she happily stayed longer during several visits just to give him extra playtime and cuddles so he wouldn’t feel lonely. He warmed up to her immediately and always seemed happy and relaxed when I checked in. Annabelle sent lots of photos and updates throughout the whole trip, which gave me peace of mind. She clearly loves animals and treats every pet like her own. I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter, I’ll definitely be booking her again!
