Annabel can care for
Availability
I recently graduated, so I currently have a very flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate my time to caring for pets. Between pet sitting and other flexible work, my routine revolves around the pets I’m caring for, not the other way around. This means I have plenty of availability for drop-in visits, walks, overnight stays, and can easily adapt to your pet’s normal routine!

Safety, trust & environment
As of right now, I am only able to provide care in my client’s home so pets can stay where they’re most comfortable, but also to ensure that my own cats, who are nervous around other pets, remain comfortable. When caring for your pet, I treat both your home and your baby with the same respect and attention I do my own. I carefully following feeding schedule, medication instructions, walking routines, and any other care preferences you provide. I understand that every pet has different needs, and I take the time to learn their personality, comfort level, and routine so they feel safe while you’re away. Safety really is my number one priority. I’ll make sure doors, gates, windows, and any other areas are secure. I’ll be sure to keep your pet in approved areas, look out for any changes in behavior or health, and send lots and lots of pictures and videos!
Information Annabel S. would like to know about your pet
The more I know the better! If your pet is shy, anxious, reactive, or needs extra patience, let me know so I can give them the space they need. It’d also be great to know if your pet is an escape artist or tends to run through open doors so I can be extra careful entering and leaving your home.
A typical day
Every pet is different, so I like to follow their normal routine. Whether your pet loves long walks, adventures, playing fetch, chasing wand toys, solving enrichment puzzles, practicing training commands, or just relaxing, I’m happy to spend time doing what makes them happy! For dogs, activities might include walks, playtime, training practice, outdoor adventures, or lots of belly rubs and cuddle time. For cats, it could be interactive play with their toys, enrichment activities, brushing, or sitting quietly with them. I want to keep them mentally stimulated, physically active, and comfortable!

Pet care experience
I’ve been caring for animals for years and love getting to know each pet’s unique personality. I’ve fostered 8 cats and 1 dog to date, helping them adjust to new environments and getting them ready for their forever home. I also have two cats of my own and two family cats, so I understand the care, attention, and patience they need. I’m also the go to pet sitter for my friends whenever they’re away. I’m also a certified sitter through Southeastern Guide Dogs, where I’ve cared for and trained puppies and service dogs in training. This has really shown me how to work with dogs of all ages, personalities, and energy levels. I know every pet is unique and I really take the time to understand their needs and personality. I want to make sure your pet is comfortable and cared for, giving you peace of mind and lots of pictures while you’re away!

Reviews
Annie puppy sat my dog, Mikey, and quickly became one of his favorite people. Mikey is a service dog in training which comes with a strict set of rules and training requirements. Annie closely followed all the guidelines and ensured Mikey’s safety out in public and at home. Mikey was only about 5mo the first time she sat him, and she did an incredible job dealing with his alligator stage. Mikey and I highly recommend her!
Annabel has watched my cat, Ruby, multiple times when I went out of town and has done a great job. She really made sure to follow all the instructions and made an effort to spend time and play with Ruby. Every time she visited, she sent me pictures of Ruby, which was super sweet! I highly recommend Annabel to watch your pets. She’s trustworthy and does a great job.
