Daily training focuses on core foundations such as: - emotional regulation and stress stabilization - attention and engagement - calm obedience and responsiveness - impulse control - confidence in everyday situations All of this is included in the cost of boarding, no separate training fees, sessions, or add-ons. All work is adapted to your dog’s age, temperament, energy level, and emotional state. I’m a professional dog trainer and canine behavior specialist with over 16 years of experience working with animals. I provide private, one-on-one care only, one dog at a time, allowing me to fully focus on your dog’s behavior, routine, and well-being. My approach is rooted in canine psychology and body language. I pay close attention to early stress signals and adjust the environment and interactions before tension builds. This makes my care especially suitable for anxious, sensitive, senior, or behaviorally complex dogs. I’m experienced in administering medications and injections and following detailed care instructions for dogs requiring medical support. Dogs in my care stay in a calm, low-stimulation, secure environment. Walks are always done on leash or harness, routines are predictable, and no force-based methods or crates are used. You’ll receive regular photo and video updates and clear communication throughout your dog’s stay.

I live in a quiet, spacious 2-bedroom apartment near the ocean in La Jolla, designed to provide a calm, low-stimulation environment for pets. The building has an elevator, which makes it especially suitable for senior dogs, dogs with mobility limitations. I only accept one pet at a time, ensuring full attention, close supervision, and a predictable routine. There are no other animals in the home, so your pet remains the sole focus of care and never has to compete for space or attention. Daily routines are kept as close as possible to what your pet is used to, including feeding schedules, walks, rest periods, and preferred levels of interaction. Whether a pet needs gentle activity, structured outdoor time, or simply calm companionship, the environment is adapted accordingly. I provide regular photo and video updates, so you stay fully informed and connected throughout your pet’s stay. Transparency and communication are a core part of my care.

Schedule
I work from home and structure my schedule around the animals in my care. This allows me to be consistently present, attentive, and responsive throughout the day, rather than fitting pet care around other commitments. Daily routines are adapted to each pet’s needs, from extended walks and outdoor time (up to several hours a day for high-energy dogs), to structured play, training, rest, or calm companionship for pets who prefer a quieter pace. I’m available for pets who require close supervision, emotional support, or simply steady human presence. Whether a pet needs active engagement or a calm, reassuring environment, my day is organized to provide exactly that. Because I spend most of my time at home, pets are never left unattended and are continuously observed, supported, and cared for in a predictable, low-stress setting.
