Here are a few things that are especially helpful: Daily routine – Feeding schedule, walk times, nap habits, and bedtime rituals. Personality & quirks – Are they shy, playful, vocal, anxious, cuddly? Do they have any triggers (like loud noises or certain dogs)? Medical needs – Medications, allergies, or mobility issues we should be aware of. Behavioral tendencies – Do they pull on leash, have separation anxiety, or prefer their space around other pets? Commands & training – What words do they know? What should we reinforce? House rules – Are they allowed on the couch? Crated at night? Any habits we should help maintain? The more I know ahead of time, the more I can tailor our care to make your pet feel right at home — safe, loved, and understood.

A typical day with me is all about keeping your pet happy, active, and relaxed — just like they would be at home, maybe even better! I start the day with a morning potty break or walk, followed by breakfast and some light play to get the energy flowing. Midday includes enrichment time — whether that’s a stroll around the neighborhood, tug-of-war, puzzle toys, or just sunbathing in the yard, depending on your pet’s personality and energy level. Throughout the day, I incorporate plenty of one-on-one attention, cuddle time, and bathroom breaks. For more active dogs, we love incorporating fetch, structured leash walks, or training games. For senior pets or laid-back companions, we’re just as happy curling up for some snuggles or taking slow, gentle strolls. Evenings wind down with dinner, a relaxed walk or potty break, and cozy rest time. I'm big on routine, so your pet will feel secure, loved, and cared for all day long.
