I have had pets since I was 6 years old, I am now 30. I consider myself an animal whisperer - all cats are drawn to me, even strays, and I am known for easily getting cats to trust and like me. Dogs of all sizes are also drawn to me - whenever I pass by a dog in public, they often pull the leash to approach me or lick me. I’ve never met an animal who doesn’t trust and like me, and they almost always warm up to me immediately (even shy animals). Animals are drawn to me because they know I’m a genuine animal lover. I would make an excellent caretaker for your cats and dogs, as I know what health issues to look out for, what foods to avoid, how to keep pets happy, and I am also great at reading animal body language. I have a plethora of cat toys and dog toys in my home that are free for your pets to use. I also have metal and marble bowls, healthy dog & cat treats (Milk Bone, Blue Buffalo, Jerky, & freeze dried chicken for dogs; Churu and freeze dried chicken for cats), poop bags, and pee pads. For cats that stay with us, we also have an entire separate room upstairs for them to stay in to ensure they are safe from any dogs. The room has a large front-facing window with lots of natural light, a tall cat condo, cat tent, fluffy beds, and also a couch for your kitty to sleep on. For longer stays over 11 days my fee is automatically a reduced fee, saving you $4/day :) I know I’m one of several profiles you’ve looked at but I guarantee I am different - your pet will love me and have a great time with me! Schedule
Petsitting is my full-time business so I am always available year-round :) This is a FAMILY business as well - we are all animal lovers, so both my parents will be available to care for your pets if my schedule is ever a little busy. For house sitting, my rate is for a full 8 hour day in your home, and includes full pet care plus cleaning up after your pet, watering your plants, bringing in mail/packages, and general house care. Your house will be left in the same condition as my first day there. If you need me there longer (or less time) the rate will be adjusted.

Safety, trust & environment
Our backyard is large and fully fenced if your pupper enjoys being outdoors a lot. We have 2 cats and 1 parrot in our home as well but the parrot will be kept separated. My cats will also always be kept in my room, separated from all dogs that board with us, just for the safety of all animals involved. Animals with a history of attacking cats/small animals will not be accepted. Animals very aggressive with birds will also not be accepted as they might attack the cage itself and hurt my parrot through the bars. My home is essential-oil free, and we do not use fragrance sprays or oil diffusers of any kind. I also do not have toxic plants in the home. As I have cats and a parrot, and a dog in the past, I have extensively researched what is okay and not okay for them.
Pets
A typical day
There is a large park near my house (actually there are many as I live near Square One mall), and I also have a large backyard to let your dog out whenever they need. I also have a variety of toys from plushes to balls for your dog to play with. I also have cat toys and many healthy cat treats for your kitties. Your pet will get many cuddles from me (if they like that), and I will alter their day and activities to suit their needs :)
