I’m a recent graduate with a very flexible schedule, so pet care fits naturally into my day. I can easily plan my time around walks, drop-ins, and sitting instead of trying to squeeze them in. For walks, I make sure each dog gets a safe and enjoyable walk that fits their energy level, whether that’s a relaxed stroll or a chance to burn off some energy. I always keep safety first and make sure they’re comfortable and happy. During house-sitting and drop-in visits, I keep your pet comfortable at home and follow their usual routine for feeding, walks, playtime, and meds. I spend real time with them, not just a quick visit, and I’m happy to send updates and photos so you have peace of mind while you’re gone.

Knowing their daily routine, energy level, and any quirks or preferences they have are really helpful. I also like to know about feeding instructions, medications, allergies, and how they do on walks or around other dogs. Knowing what they love (and don’t love) helps me give them the best care and makes the experience stress-free for everyone.
A typical day
I like to keep things fun and tailored to each dog’s personality. That can mean longer walks to explore the neighborhood, playtime with their favorite toys, or just hanging out and giving lots of attention if they’re more laid-back. I’m also happy to work on basic enrichment like puzzle toys or short training refreshers if that’s something your dog enjoys.

Pet care experience
I’ve been around dogs pretty much my whole life. I’ve lived with and taken care of them since I was 7, so being around dogs feels natural to me. I also volunteer at the Humane Society, where I get to spend time caring for dogs with all kinds of personalities. I’m patient, attentive, and genuinely enjoy getting to know each dog and what makes them feel comfortable. I treat every dog like I would my own and make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away.
