Your Experience I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life and have always had a huge love for them. Unfortunately, now that I’m an adult, my lifestyle doesn’t allow me to have a dog of my own, so I love getting my dog fix by looking after everyone else’s! I’m the designated sitter for my sister and two friends, regularly looking after their dogs whenever they go away for weekends or holidays. I also walk my neighbour’s dog in the evenings when they’re working late. I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs of all shapes, sizes and personalities, whether that means long walks, playing, keeping them company or simply giving them plenty of attention and cuddles. I’m also a regular runner, so if your dog is particularly energetic and needs more than a gentle stroll, I’m more than happy to give them the exercise they need. Every dog is different, and I’m very happy to follow whatever routine, exercise and care your dog is used to. My priority is making sure they feel happy, safe and well cared for while you’re away.

Your dog’s safety and happiness will always be my priority. I’ll make sure walks are calm, enjoyable and suited to your dog’s individual needs, age and energy levels. I’m experienced with dogs and understand the importance of following their usual routines, boundaries and instructions. I’ll keep you updated during walks and treat your dog with the same care and attention I would give my own. Your home will also be treated with respect and left secure and exactly as I found it. Above all, I want you to feel completely comfortable knowing your dog is in safe, caring hands while you’re away.

Anna has looked after my Collie many times now and I honestly wouldn’t want to leave him with anyone else. He absolutely loves being with her and I know whenever I’m away that he’s happy, settled and being really well cared for. She gives him so much time and attention, with lots of walks, playing and keeping up with his training. What really meant a lot to me was the care she gave him when he injured his leg. He needed specific physio exercises and a bit more patience and attention than usual, and she was amazing with him throughout his recovery. She made sure his physio was done properly and adapted his walks and play to what he could manage. It’s such a nice feeling being able to go away and not worry because I know he’s with someone who genuinely cares about him and treats him like one of her own. He’s always so excited to see her, which says it all really! I couldn’t recommend her enough.

Schedule
I work full-time during the week, but I’m available for morning and evening walks, weekend care and overnight stays when arranged in advance. If your stay away is during the week I’m available to work from home. I’m active and regularly go running and walking, so I’m very happy to fit your dog’s usual exercise routine into my day. I’m flexible and will always work around their individual needs and your schedule.
