Will love your pet like it's my own
I have a genuine love and respect for animals. I've dog and cat sat for family members, co-workers, and friends countless times, the longest instance being three weeks. I have been providing loving animal care on Rover since 2017 as my part-time passion job and I love this job! I have experience caring for a variety of dog breeds. I am comfortable going on walks, hikes, to dog parks, doctors appointments, giving baths, and I have experience giving oral medication. I am comfortable doing house stays with dogs as long as I am given very clear and thorough instructions of their needs. I also love cats and have two cats of my own at home! I understand the personality and body language of cats and will respect their boundaries. If they are social I will love to brush them, pet them, cuddle, play with toys, offer treats and catnip, etc. I can administer oral medication, scoop litter, etc. I work a Mon-Fri full time job so my availability is mostly in the evenings and weekends, but the hours are semi-flexible so I can usually accommodate midday drop-ins or walks as well. I always remain aware of my surroundings and will extend this trait to your pet as well. I will make sure to keep them safe and protected both in home and on walks.

Anna was so amazing with our cat, Oreo. Her descriptions of her visits, photos, and open communication made myself and my husband feel at ease while we were traveling out of state. Couldn’t recommend her enough!!
Anna was great watching my two cats over the weekend. She sent plenty of updates, photos and notes each visit.

I do work a full time remote job, so this is something I enjoy picking up to do on weekends or evenings when I have the availability.

Pets
A typical day
I can take your dog on long neighborhood walks, nature hikes, to the beach, the dog park, whatever you like! Happy to play fetch or tug-of-war with them, help them practice commands, or play their favorite game! As for cats I am happy to cuddle with them, play with strings, feathers, and other toys, offer catnip, give treats, brush them, and any other activities that make them happy.
