I have been pet sitting since I was in high school, and I have experience with both cats and dogs. I have taken on sitting jobs that lasted for up to four weeks at a time, and I even have regular clients for some pets. Along with energetic and younger animals, I also have experience with elderly animals, as well as blind and deaf animals, and can provide the extra care needed for them.

Anna is an extremely caring and dedicated pet lover, and is a very reliable choice for a pet sitter! She has taken care of dogs and cats of all ages, and very much enjoys spending her time with furry friends whenever she gets the chance. She has experience in administering antibiotics for my medicall fragile cat, and uses great communication with the owners when watching over their pets! She will send all of the best photos of your fur baby, and will ensure that they recieve all the cuddles and play time while you are away. She is my number 1 pick for a pet sitter whenever I have to go out of town, and it always gives me peace of mind knowing my pet is with her when I am away.

Schedule
I work a part time job with a consistent weekly schedule, so it is easy for me to plan times to visit pets before and after work. This also gives me the flexibility to spend more time on them during the days where I have time off each week, which also remain consistent. This way I can keep myself and the pets I care for on a regular schedule, which I find helps them feel less stressed while their owners are away!

At my home, I have a fenced in backyard, and I am in a suburban neighborhood that is great for walks. Whether at my home or a clients home, I like to keep a schedule with the animals I am watching. I consistently feed and walk them at the same times throughout each day, making sure they have consistent potty breaks after their meals and during the day. It is great when clients have a specific routine for their animal that they would like me to keep, that way I keep their pets on their usual schedule. I do not have any pets or other people living in my home, and it is a very pet friendly environment.
A typical day
Walks and playtime are always part of my visits when I am pet sitting. It helps the animals build trust with me, while also getting their energy out so they can have an easier time relaxing while their owners are away.

- It’s helpful for me to know your pets favorite toys or activities, as well as their comfort levels with things like strangers, places they love to be pet and places they don’t, territorial behaviors around food or toys, and of course any history with biting or attacking. This helps me know how to respect your pets boundaries so we can both have a safe experience.
