As a dedicated animal lover, I understand that pets are family & deserve the same care, attention, and affection they receive with their owners. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience caring for both dogs & cats through regular pet sitting for friends & family who trust & rely on me to look after their pets while they are away. This has given me valuable experience with a wide range of personalities, routines & care requirements, allowing me to adapt my approach to each individual animal. I have also gained experience caring for rescue dogs & cats through supporting my son’s involvement as a foster volunteer for a dog charity, as well as helping care for rescued & rehabilitated cats. While I have not been directly involved in the rehabilitation process itself, I have cared for many of these animals & understand the patience, consistency, and reassurance that some pets need to feel safe & secure. A key part of my approach is taking time to understand each pet & their owner’s individual needs. I take the time to get to know each pet and work closely with the owners to provide truly bespoke care tailored to their pet’s needs, routines & preferences. Whether that’s maintaining a specific feeding or exercise schedule, accommodating special requirements, or providing updates & check-ins in the way that suits you best, I am committed to delivering a service that works for both you and your pet. My goal is always to ensure pets feel comfortable, happy, and well cared for, while giving owners complete confidence & peace of mind while they are away from their pets.

The safety, wellbeing & happiness of every pet in my care are always my highest priorities. I take the time to understand each pets routine, behaviour and specific requirements before providing care, ensuring they feel secure in a familiar environment. When caring for pets in their own home, I treat both the animal and the owners property with the upmost respect. I follow all instructions provided, maintain established routines whenever possible, and ensure the home is left secure and exactly as I found it. Regular updates can be provided for additional reassurance and peace of mind. During walks I prioritise safety at all times by using appropriate leads & equipment, remaining attentive to my surroundings and adapting walks to suit each dog’s age, temperament, energy level, and individual needs. I understand that every pet is different and take a calm, responsible, and thoughtful approach to ensure they remain safe, happy, and well cared for throughout their time with me.

Schedule
I currently work flexible hours, which allows me to tailor pet care and sitting around my existing commitments. This flexibility enables me to accommodate a variety of routines and care requirements, ensuring pets receive the attention,companionship, and consistency they need. I am available during weekdays, as well as evenings and weekends, and I aim to work with owners to provide care that fits both their schedule and their pet’s individual needs.
