I'm currently home with my boys (ages 8 and 4) so have lots of time to care for and play with your pet! Able to accommodate their schedule and routines. My boys are very comfortable with animals, my youngest especially loves to play and give our guests cuddles and treats. :)

Your buddy will have free range of our home downstairs and they're welcome on the couch/furniture. We have a fully fenced backyard and live right across from a park with a big field so many opportunities to exercise and explore! We are flexible with our space and able to adapt to your pet's usual sleeping arrangement whether crate trained or not. For feline friends that prefer their own space or need more time to adjust, we have a back room off our kitchen to help them acclimate until they're comfortable joining us on their terms. :)

Let me know if your dog or cat has any special needs or behaviours. We want them to feel as safe and comfortable here as they would at home. The more I know about temperament, triggers, preferences, and their usual routine the better we can accommodate.

Your pup or cat will be welcome and well cared for here! We had various pets growing up, especially dogs. My first dog was a golden retriever named Nutmeg and our family raised miniature schnauzer puppies for many years when my sisters and I were young. I've always loved animals and have helped neighbours, friends and relatives with pet sitting over the years. After we moved to Winnipeg, our family adopted an older cat through the Humane Society's Care to Adopt program. Our sweet Violet passed away last spring and we miss her so much but will always be grateful for the time we had with her. She taught us so much and was very gracious in sharing her space with our guests. I am comfortable with all breeds, have considerable experience with senior dogs and cats, and happy to host puppies and kittens as well. Also able to give medication and accommodate special needs.

Anna was great with Maggie! Super responsive sitter, who kept me up to date on her activities with photos. Maggie certainly got all of the outdoor time and attention she could ask for! 🐾💙

Anna is absolutely the best! She's has cared for our mini poodle, Rosie, many times. Anna and her sweet kids took in Rosie for 12 nights this time. We have 100% trust in Anna and were able to enjoy our time away without worrying. Communication is always excellent. Anna has a kind, gentle nature and will always be our 1st choice for a sitter.
