Safety, trust & environment
At home, I share space with a 3 year old little betta fish who swims among clippings from my thriving plants. My green thumb is well-established—I’ve worked as both a florist and a gardener, and I maintain a lush collection of houseplants. Working in corporate America prepared me well with organization skills and the ability to prepare for any circumstance. I’ve managed global projects in multiple time zones and do whatever it takes to make sure everything is done right and safely. Having been a home owner, I understand the importance of safety and triaging anything regarding the integrity of the home. I make sure I have all contacts prior to any stay and understand what you’d like me to do.
Information Anna R. would like to know about your pet
To make sure your dog is safe, happy, and comfortable, I like to know: • Behavioral details: How they react to other dogs, people, children, or wildlife during walks. • Neighborhood dynamics: Any dogs, animals, or situations nearby that I should be cautious of—like off-leash dogs, certain routes, or construction noise that might stress them out. • Health and safety notes: Any medications, allergies, or mobility issues, plus signs of stress or discomfort I should watch for. • Routine and preferences: Their favorite walking routes, toys, and any commands or cues that help keep them focused and calm.
A typical day
A typical day with me starts with a calm, comforting morning routine—fresh food and water, a clean litter box or a walk outside and a few minutes of quiet bonding time. For cats that enjoy play, I incorporate interactive activities like wand toys, puzzle feeders, or gentle laser play to keep them stimulated and happy. When I’m caring for dogs, our day includes energizing walks or backyard playtime, tailored to their energy level and personality. I love incorporating enrichment, whether that’s a sniffari walk, practicing commands, or a gentle cuddle session for the more mellow pups. Throughout the day, I make sure pets get consistent companionship and engagement—and I always take time to keep their space neat and cozy, so they feel secure while you’re away. In the evenings, it’s all about relaxation and affection, whether that’s curling up on the couch for quiet time or one last round of play before bedtime.

Luxury home & pet sitter / cuddler
Pet care experience
I’ve long been the go-to sitter for friends and family, trusted to care for pets of all sizes and personalities as if they were my own. Growing up with dogs, cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, and fish, I developed a natural connection to animals and an appreciation for their unique traits. With a background in management consulting and supporting ultra-high-net-worth families, I bring a polished, organized, and reliable approach to every sit. I value calm, well-kept spaces and believe pets thrive in environments that feel intentional and nurturing. While I don’t currently have pets of my own, I tend a thriving indoor plant collection and would be delighted to care for yours—pets and plants alike. With 10+ years of experience, I was able to jump right in on another home and pet sitting platform and earn multiple repeat clients. Although I’m newer to Rover, let’s connect and I’ll make sure you’re comfortable - ask as many questions as you’d like!

Reviews
I have known Anna for over 10 years, and during that time she has cared for my dog, Benny, both in my home and in hers. Benny absolutely adores Anna—he’s always thrilled to see her and greets her with endless kisses. He’s a miniature pinscher-chihuahua mix and full of energy, but very warm and loves cuddles and playtime. Anna is one of the most organized, thoughtful, and kind people I know. My home is always left in better condition than when I left, and she’s even revived a few of my houseplants over the years. No matter how busy her schedule, she ensures Benny gets plenty of attention, cuddles, and long walks (Anna is very active and keeps up with him!). It’s clear how much she genuinely cares, not only for the pets she looks after but also for the homes entrusted to her. Anyone who has the privilege of working with Anna will quickly see how rare and reliable she is. I wholeheartedly recommend her without hesitation.
