When it comes to dogs, just please let me know if your dog(s) has any nervous habits of biting or growling etc. As long as I am fully prepped with what to expect and how to handle it, then I'm happy to do it, I just don't want any surprise bites! I can confidently handle anything that comes at me with a cat from a lifetime of experience. I have absolutely no fear and extensive knowledge of how to handle all cat behaviors.

I love to play with all animals 😁 I also love exercising and walking outdoors so it would be a pleasure to walk a dog. I have high energy and I'm not afraid to pick up a slobbery ball and throw it over and over again. I'm great at engaging cats of all ages and helping them benefit from therapeutic play 😺

Aloha, I'm Anna Lyra 😊 I've connected deeply with animals my whole life, and began caring for them around age 11. I grew up with dogs and cats, and have a great love for all creatures. Cats are my specialty, though my skills are also effective with dogs and all kinds of other animals. I am a Cat Whisperer with extensive knowledge and experience. My cats remain at optimal health due to my physical and energetic care of them. I practice Reiki (energy healing) that is very effective with animals. For now, I'm offering my Reiki treatments for free as I am new to Rover (with purchase of Day Visits, House Sitting, or Dog Walking). I also have experience with animal hospice care, during which the Reiki treatments are especially supportive. Here's a review of my care for a 21+ year old cat who was nearing the end of her life: "You have a gift, and Princess and I are blessed to be on the receiving end of your gift. Yes, you’re a kitty-sitter, and yes you helped with her urinating outside of the box, but what you’re offering is much much much deeper than that. Anna has such a special way with animals. She was extremely helpful for me as a first time kitty mom. She has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to animals, but even more importantly she is able to connect deeply with animals in a way that is very intuitive. They calm down in her presence. My kitties are always happy to see her and spend time with her. I highly recommend her as a loving pet caregiver. Her love, care and presence with animal friends is extraordinary.
