I grew up with Comet, a golden retriever (yes, he was named after the dog from Full House ☺️) and acted as his primary caregiver—feeding him, taking him for walks, and caring for him into old age. A year and a half ago, I adopted Slick! He is such a blessing and has made me even more dog-obsessed than I already was. We love long sniffy walks, play dates with our neighborhood dog friends, and learning new skills and tricks together. He does very well with other dogs and is neutered. Aside from Comet and Slick, I’ve helped care for several other dogs and cats. I am the go-to pet sitter for my friends and co-workers. I am very active and enjoy going on 3-4 walks a day with a companion. Our home is also dog proof, we have different rooms if your dog likes to have some alone time, and we have 2 different sized crates (M and XL) in case we dog sit a friend who finds comfort in one. I am comfortable giving dogs medication, caring for dogs who need extra attention or care, and will follow any schedule / protocols you prefer for your pup. You can trust me to provide a high level of care and engagement to your pet.

Anna walked Taco today. I'm so happy she was able yo do so on such short notice, saving me from nother accident in the house. I'm away from the house for a long period of time and Anna was able to help Taco do what he loves to do best - sniff nd mark every posible tree/pole known to man! Safety, trust & environment
I will take pets outside as often as they are up for! There are nearby parks and trails to where I live. While at home, there’s plenty of comfortable areas for your pet to hang out, and if it’s nice outside we can lounge out on our fully secure rooftop deck. If caring for your pet in your home, I will be completely respectful of your space and privacy. I’ll always leave your pet and the space in better condition than when I arrived.

A typical day
I love going for trail walks or runs in rock creek park and around my neighborhood. If you’d like for your dog to play fetch or get their energy out with other dogs, I’d be happy to bring them to a nearby dog park. I’m comfortable playing fetch.
