I work in a school district, and not a full day, so I'm home in the morning and come home before the typical school days gets out. I am also home evening, weekends, holidays, and any other time school isn't in session.

When in our homes, your pet is with us as they would be at your home. We keep all pets leashed when we go outside. We do have a fenced in and paved space designed specifically for dog clients. They have rubber padding to rest on and clean water. If they tend to bark a lot outside, they don't usually spend a lot of time in the kennel because we have a neighbor who is not a fan of barking. Some doggos really love to be out there however and enjoy looking at the nature that the farm field behind us provides.

Unlike a kennel, rover and its sitters provide a premium service. We bring the dogs into our home and they have 24/7 attention. Please know that because we are not a kennel and the dogs are inside our home 70 -100% ,depending on the season, and spend a lot of time with our children. If you think they may be uncomfortable with that or have more than average issues with bathroom accidents , just consider what you would be comfortable with in your own home. Dogs that may be impatient with children are not a good fit. Finally, we do keep the dogs crated (in our home) when we are not home and during sleeping hours to ensure safety. Some dogs do not enjoy being crated so please be honest about their likes and dislikes. 99% of the dogs we have had don't mind it at all for those short periods of time. If you think that your dog would not be ok with that, we may not be a good fit for them. We have many happy clients and have had limited issues and we would like to make sure that everyone is happy and satisfied. Thank you for your consideration.

We take walks on our property as well as in our neighborhood. Our doggie guests usually get a kick out of our neighbors...Here's a hint they are black and white and say Moo!

A Stay-cation for your dog!

Hello I am a mother of two and would love to help you by spending time with your fur-baby / hairy best friend while you are away. I have two children 9 and 10, and one dog of my own. We live in the country with plenty of room for your best friend to run and have fun. My philosophy is that that our guests are another member of our family! Please contact me with any questions or with interest. I know they are an important member of your family and I will treat them with the utmost respect and great love! I believe watching your dog in my home is a premium service and you get more specialized care than if you were in a typical boarding facility.

Second time using Anna. Great communication and flexible personality. If my dog could talk I imagine he would say good things about his sleepover with Anna's family and dog. Adding the pickup and drop-off service while scrambling around to prepare for vacation was golden.
This is Rusty's third time staying with Anna and her family and she always takes such good care of him! He loves going there and we can always head out on vacation knowing he's in great hands!
Anna was excellent to work with. She was very responsive, sent pictures of our pup, and took very good care of him. I would definitely recommend Anna.
Great communication from initial contact until pick up. Appreciated the daily updates and pictures. Biscuit had a great "staycation" over the weekend. We will use Anna for our dog sitting needs again.
