Hi there! My name is Anna, and I’m glad you have stopped by my profile. I look forward to meeting you and your precious animals. In high school, I worked at a local veterinary clinic for 4 years and just fell in love. I worked in the kennel section so all of my shifts put me working directly with the animals. I have also spent some time working at a veterinary clinic in Tuscaloosa. My husband is quite the animal lover himself. Even though I will be the main caretaker of your pets, my husband is an excellent fill-in when I need help. **Drop off and pick up times for weekdays: 6AM-7AM and 5:30PM-9:00PM **Drop off/pick up times for weekends: 7AM-9:00PM If your dog(s) cannot be dropped off or picked up in the above hours, please plan to book one extra night on the front end or back end of your stay. **I require that your dog(s) are on monthly preventative if boarding in our home. We want to make sure our home and personal dogs/boarding dogs can all stay clean and healthy from any fleas, ticks, worms, etc.**

As always, we love Anna! I'm about to move out of town and I'm beyond sad to be losing such an amazing sitter. She's communicates so well, is always kind and flexible, and Frank loves going over to her place and running around in their yard. I recommend her without hesitation!

Schedule
My husband and I both work full-time. Due to both of our jobs, we are unable to stop by our home at lunch on weekdays to check on the pups/let them outside to potty. On weekends, we are usually free and enjoy spending time at our home and enjoying the backyard.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a nice, large privacy fence in our backyard, so the dogs have plenty of room to run and play. If your dog(s) need to be crated when nobody is home or when sleeping, we have several different sized crates that can be utilized. I try my best to do the same routine at my house that you do at your house. It is my goal to make the boarding transition as smooth and less confusing for your pets as possible. We will provide bowls, treats, toys, dog beds, and crates. All you are required to bring is food, medicine (if needed), and a leash and collar. If you feel that your dog would be more comfortable with their own items, please bring those! Just know, we have some items in our home to make packing for your dog easier! If there is inclement weather, your dog will be treated with the same care as our dogs would. We have a storm shelter and your dogs will join us in the shelter if it's necessary to get inside it.

A typical day
We have a nice fenced in backyard with a privacy fence for the dogs to roam and play together. We have lots of dogs who enjoy sun bathing. The pups who stay here always love our dog toys- they seem to be a big hit!
