BOARDING ▪️We require a meet and greet prior to your first booking to introduce your pet to our home and be sure that they will enjoy their stay with us. ▪️Boarding pets must be up to date on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccinations and be on a monthly flea preventative. ▪️ Dogs must wear a collar with identification ▪️We start our day at 6 am and last potty break is 9:30-10 pm. We feed breakfast at 7 am and dinner around 4:30-5 pm. Potty breaks are provided hourly throughout the day as well as extended play times in the yard. ▪️While boarding, we monitor all interactions between dogs to make sure everyone is getting along and playing nicely. We have a large fenced in yard, and dogs are never left alone or unsupervised outside. ▪️We have a 6 foot tall wooden fence, but are happy to give leashed walks for dogs who dig or are a "flight risk." ▪️We feed all dogs in separate crates or rooms to avoid any issues with resource guarding. If your dog usually free feeds, we cannot leave food out but we can make sure to offer your pet their food multiple times throughout the day. ▪️ If we have to leave your pet alone in the home for any reason, all dogs will be safely separated using rooms, gates, and crates, depending on how many other dogs are currently being boarded. ▪️ We allow dogs to sleep in our bed and have many dog beds in our room for them to use as well. If accidents are an issue, your pet will sleep in a crate in our bedroom with a bed and blanket.

Information Anna L. would like to know about your pet
♦ We have 2 cats, so it's important to know if your dog is cat friendly prior to his or her stay. If your dog has never met a cat before, that's OK! We will observe your pup at the meet and greet to make sure they will get along. Our cats are used to new dogs coming and going. ♦ We may ask for proof that your pet is up to date on vaccinations, and that they are on a flea prevention. It is very important to make sure that all the dogs (and cats) here are protected. ☺ ♦ We may ask some other questions about your pet before sitting him or her so that we can do our best to give them the most comfortable, friendly, and familiar environment we can. ♦ We run a dog-loving home with plenty of attention to go around! We have a gentle, dog-savvy toddler who loves watching pups play. For everyone's safety and comfort, all pet interactions are strictly supervised 100% of the time, and we have dedicated baby gates/separate zones so dogs can always have quiet, undisturbed downtime whenever they want.
A typical day
Any pet that stays with us becomes part of our family for the time they are with us. They will share all of the same spaces as we do, and be part of our day to day. They'll go on walks, play time, and get to sleep and be as lazy as they want (if that's their thing of course.)

Pet care experience
Joseph and I are both dedicated, 24/7 animal lovers. I am currently a Stay at Home Mom and he works full time at Medieval Times at Sugar Loaf Mills Mall. We have a small dog, 2 cats, and a bearded dragon of our own. We treat all pets like family, and we are so excited to welcome your furry friends into our home! I previously worked at Medlock Bridge Animal Hospital in PTC for 5 years as a veterinary technician, kennel tech and receptionist, and I absolutely loved it. I have experience caring for seniors, special needs animals, diabetic pets, administering oral and injectable medications, and more. My husband Joseph works at Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament, and works closely with the horses that perform in the show. He also rides. He's been around animals his entire life, and assists me in the day to day pet operations. We are flexible with drop off and pick up, just let us know what your needs are and we can try to accommodate as best as possible!
