Hi, we are Anna & Mark. We both live in Leyton, new to London, and have just moved here after long stints living and working abroad, finally ready to put down some roots again. Both of us work in the Intl development sector. We love what we do and we do it 5 days a week from home. We have a gorgeous big garden (for London) and we are two dog lovers without a dependent of our own right now. Growing up in Ireland we were both surrounded by dogs, me more working dogs in the country and Mark his lab, springers and guide dogs in training. Mark is the OG real dog man, I was the cat lady. Over the past 10 years he has converted me. Mark says Betty & Pepper were the heart of his home, and there's no better company than the company of a pup. They were the best trained dogs I ever met. We also have been the short term carers of Guide Dogs in training. They stayed with us for up to 3 months, and thats when Mark secured our dog future with me. A little before that in 2020 I started walking the pups of family and friends in Ireland, and when we lived in Mexico City, which is home to the most avid of all dog lovers, we walked them together and lived with our beautiful housemate Taquito. Long walks, rain or shine, before, during or after work, with a coffee is the life for us. If and when we leave London, we both dream of having a Red Setter, or Great Dane, but we also have a soft spot for a pup from the pound, where most of all our pup friends were rescued from. We would love to meet a few pals here in need of a few extra, reliable hands to help them out. We are just new to the scene here but raring to go.
