I am a Registered Nurse at Abbott Northwestern Hospital. I work most days of the week (M-F) from 7-3:30 usually. So, evenings work better for quick check-ins/walks. Shoot me a message, and we can work out the details! My side kick, Riley (a.k.a. my fiancé), is another great resource! We try to work together when house sitting so your furry friends get as much love as possible:)

When I care for pets at the owner’s home, I always keep the conversation open to questions and/or concerns going both ways. I love to do meet and greets before for peace of mind both for the owner and myself, but I also understand things happen last minute and I’m glad to jump in and help. I follow any house rules that the pet-owner provides, and then treat the furry friend as my own, giving them all the love that they give us:)

My fiancé and I can ONLY pet-sit in non-smoking houses. On another note, if your pet has any special needs, I always appreciate knowing what they are. That way, I can care for them in the best way possible.
A typical day
I grew up in Eden Prairie for the most part, so the parks and trails in town are well known to me. Otherwise, I love exploring new places. The twin cities has plenty to explore with its parks and trails. I like to match your pet’s energy: if they like to go outside and be active, then we can do that! If they like to cuddle and be lazy, I can easily manage that one too:)

Pet care experience
Ever since I was a little girl, I have adored dogs. My family has always had golden retrievers, so they hold a special place in my heart, but I’m open to all furry friends:) Sadly, my apartment in EP does not allow dogs, which is another reason I thought using Rover would be a great opportunity to bring pets back into my life! I’ve worked with dogs/cats ranging from weeks after birth to their last moments in life. I love spending time exploring the outdoors with them, or cuddling and watching a movie together, and everything in between. My fiancé, Riley, and I are a tag team- the pets we take care of together get double the love! We would love to do a meet and greet beforehand for everyone involved to feel comfortable and get to know your pets and space. We want you to feel confident that your pets are being well taken care of while you are away.

Anna was great! Very communicative throughout the process; prior to arrival and during her stay, sharing updates/pics of our babe. She was very courteous and respectful, taking great care of our home. And best of all our pup Archie loved spending time with her! Would highly recommend!
Anna was fantastic! She and her fiancee Riley provided amazing care for my golden doodle. Great communication and updates throughout my trip and paid attention to every little detail. Would hire her again in a heartbeat.
Anna is the best! She has watched our dog Milo a few times and Milo loves her. We trust that he is well cared for and loved. It’s wonderful to be away and know Milo is in such great hands.
Anna was great with Vinny! He is definitely a special needs dog at this point in his life and she was great with taking on his care. She was quick to respond to our request, kept us updated with texts and photos and made sure he was clean, safe and happy. I was so nervous to leave him alone in his current state but she made us feel really good!
