I work from home, which means I’m here all day for potty breaks, meals, and extra love. My kids absolutely love to play with dogs (supervised, of course!), and on weekends we love hiking—high-energy pups are always welcome to join us on adventures like the Hemlock Falls trail, just a short drive away.

Safety, trust & environment

In my home, your pet is treated like family from the moment they arrive. They have their own large dedicated pet zone (a spacious, comfy area with beds, toys, water, and everything they need), plus access to our big backyard. I work from home full-time, so I’m always here—I follow your exact feeding and medication schedule, take dogs out as needed, and give them as much attention as they crave. My kids are gentle and dog-obsessed, so there’s always a playmate ready (fully supervised, of course). High-energy pups get multiple walks, dog-park trips, or even join our family hikes. Senior or calmer dogs get peaceful cuddles, soft bedding, and all the quiet they need. Your routine becomes my routine, and I send daily photos and videos so you can see your pet relaxed, happy, and totally at home.

Information Anna I. would like to know about your pet

To give your pet the best possible stay, I’d love to know everything that helps them feel safe and happy. The more details, the better! Here are the things I always ask about: • Their daily routine (feeding times, walk schedule, potty habits, bedtime preferences) • Favorite toys, games, or activities—and anything they’re scared of or dislike • Exact food portions, treats they’re allowed, and any allergies or sensitivities • All medications or supplements (dosage, timing, and how they prefer to take them) • How they do with new people, kids, and other dogs (my kids are gentle but excited!) • Any triggers (thunder, doorbells, vacuum, etc.) and the best way to comfort them • House manners (allowed on furniture? counter-surfing history? any chewing tendencies?) • Energy level and exercise needs (couch potato, marathon runner, or somewhere in between?) • Any special quirks or commands they already know I’ll follow your rules and routine to the letter so your pet feels completely at home from the first minute. A quick meet-and-greet before the stay is also great so we can all get comfortable together!

A typical day

While staying here, every pet gets their own adventure plan based on what they love. It may include: • Multiple daily walks around the neighborhood • Walks or off-leash runs at South Mountain Dog Park and Livingston Dog Park (both just minutes away) – perfect for ball addicts and social buddies • For high-energy dogs: weekend hikes with my family on the Hemlock Falls trail or other dog-friendly South Mountain trails (they come home happily exhausted) • Indoor fun around the house • Chill pets get endless cuddles and gentle brushings

Pet care experience

What sets me apart is simple: your pet gets my full attention in a real family home with a big backyard and two great dog parks just minutes away (South Mountain Dog Park and Livingston Dog Park). I only take one booking at a time, so your dog gets all the playtime, cuddles, and routine they need. I’m especially good with puppies (I’ve raised two from 8 weeks—potty training, crate training, bite inhibition, the whole fun chaos) and seniors (experienced with meds, gentle care, and patience). Whatever age or energy level, my family and I love helping every pet feel safe, happy, and truly at home.
