When I lived in Nashville (once upon a time, I was a touring musician), I had the opportunity to work at Bonaparte's Retreat, a local dog rescue, where I eventually became Lead Handler. We regularly cared for and rehabilitated dogs from a wide range of challenging and traumatic situations, helping prepare them for loving forever homes.
