Pet care experience
Energetic, with plenty of time and cuddles to give
I was raised with pets my whole life; my family focuses on rescuing dogs and cats from troubled backgrounds, and helping them relearn what a warm and loving home can be. From the age of 11, I both babysat and dogsat for my neighbours and friends of my parents. Since moving to university, I've missed my pets more than anything, and am very keen to get to know some furry friends here in Newcastle! I've had such a great time looking after different dogs already, and have developed close bonds with both the pets and their owners. My partner and I both work from home, so will be in the flat every day to look after your pets. Although I don't have a garden, I have easy access to grass outside of my building, and am a 5 minute walk away from Exhibition Park.

Anna was amazing with our boy. We've used Rover quite a few times and up until Anna not a single one of them hit the mark with his care. I do get anxious when leaving him and Anna really put me at ease, I had multiple updates throughout his time with her, which not only showed our dog was well taken care of but he was so relaxed and clearly having a good time! I would 100% recommend Anna, she is very caring, understanding, flexible and kind. Thank you Anna ❤️
Our anxious little rescue dog was in such good hands with Anna. They bonded really well and it allowed us to feel relaxed and enjoy our weekend away. We really appreciated the pictures and updates. Highly recommend

Perfect..Anna made sure my 2 cats were well looked after over a 4 day break which included multiple visits to my home from her over that period..Very highly recommended..
Anna and Alex did a great job looking after Benni, so good that I think he was sad to come home! Kept in regular contact and sent photo updates. Would definitely recommend!

Schedule
As my partner and I both work from home, we're completely flexible and can be there for your pet 24/7. We'll always check with you how long your pet is comfortable being left for before we make any other plans during their stay with us.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a very calm demeanor, and prioritise making sure the dog is completely comfortable in my presence. I am always happy to set up an initial meeting (free of charge) with your pet while you are there, so that they can get to know me and my scent before we spend time alone together.
A typical day
I'm a very active person, and love taking dogs out to my nearby park for long walks and lots of games of fetch. I love putting together games and puzzles for the dogs I look after, encouraging mental as well as physical stimulation. Cuddles are so important, and as most of my work is done from my laptop, I'll spend much of my day on our sofa, curled up with your pet.
