I work from home 3 days per week and the days are flexible except Thursday when I have to be at my office in Montpelier. I can go home on my lunch breaks for walks on the days I'm in the office (and you're close to Montpelier) and can work from your home if I'm housesitting and you have internet.

I have experience in everything from mini Poodles to Great Danes, I’d love to have an active pooch but there’s plenty of Netflix that needs watching if needed. My dog requires meds every day and I’ve dogsat for other dogs that need meds and I’m comfortable with that. If they have a specific scheduled routine I’m happy to continue with it. Whatever you think is best for your pup. You know them best. If you are a repeat client, I've blocked off my availability when I have my part-time pup. If our dogs have gotten along well in the past and you're interested on booking the two of us, feel free to reach out to me and we may be able to housesit during my 'unavailable' time. I'm just trying to give Starbuck as much Anna time as I can as she gets older. Please let me know if you have any questions.
A typical day
It’s all up to what your pup wants and their routine! If they’re very active I’d love to take them on a hike or XC ski and play in the yard. If they’re older or just more into downtime, a few walks, some time with toys and some couch time could be what is good for them. I love both!

I've been taking care of pets for two decades and will love them like I love my own. I believe the best way to teach a dog is positive reinforcement and will work with whatever routines you have established with your furry family member.

Anna was an outstanding pet and house sitter. She was professional, responsive, and incredibly patient with all of my nervous pet-mom questions throughout the stay. She arrived right on time, took wonderful care of my pets, and left my home in immaculate condition. She even washed all of the bedding without being asked, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. I came home to happy pets and a house that looked wonderful. I would not hesitate to recommend Anna and would gladly book her again.
Anna is amazing, expertly taking care of our dogs and cats (one of whom needed meds twice a day), sending lots of great updates and photos, and talking with us as needed. Our critters all adored Anna and our house was in terrific shape when we got home. It makes leaving our furries and home much less stressful when we know everyone and thing will be so well cared for!! Thank you!
Anna was an amazing dog sitter! She stayed in our home and took excellent care of our Yorkie. We received great updates and photos- Anna was super communicative and reliable. Our dog warmed up to her right away and seemed to really enjoy their time together. Anna also left the house super clean which was lovely to return home to.
