I’m currently a full-time online student, so I’m home for most of the day and have a very flexible schedule. This allows me to give cats consistent attention, stick to their routines, and be available for feeding, playtime, and check-ins throughout the day. My routine makes it easy for me to accommodate different care needs and spend quality time with your cat.

Hi! I’m Anna, a lifelong cat lover and experienced cat sitter. I share my home with Phil, my friendly 14-year-old black cat, whom I’ve raised since he was young. Cats have always been a big part of my life, and I understand that every cat has their own personality, routines, and comfort level. Whether I’m boarding a cat in my home or visiting them in theirs, I focus on providing a calm, safe, and loving environment. I enjoy spending quality time with cats—whether that means play sessions, brushing, cuddles, or simply respecting their space and letting them set the pace. I also provide detailed photo and text updates so you can relax knowing your cat is doing well. For boarding, cats stay in a quiet single-level private home with no stairs to navigate. I host only one guest cat at a time so they receive my full attention and never have to compete with other boarding cats for space. Each guest has access to a dedicated private bedroom where they can decompress and enjoy their own quiet space, while also having access to the rest of the common living areas as they become comfortable exploring. I currently accept female cats for boarding. Phil gets along very well with female feline guests and enjoys having them around, but he can become a little jealous when sharing his home with other male cats. This helps ensure a comfortable and stress-free experience for everyone. I look forward to meeting you and your cat and treating them like part of the family while you’re away! 🐾

Helpful things to know include: • Feeding schedule and dietary restrictions • Favorite toys, treats, and activities • Typical personality (social, shy, independent, cuddly, etc.) • Any medical conditions, medications, or special care needs • Litter box habits and preferences • Areas of the home that are off-limits • Any fears, triggers, or behaviors I should be aware of • Whether they have a tendency to hide, escape through doors, or get into mischief The more I know ahead of time, the better I can tailor my care to your pet’s individual needs and help them feel safe, happy, and relaxed while you’re away.

Some of the things I commonly do include: • Interactive play with wand toys, laser pointers, balls, tunnels, and catnip toys • Brushing and grooming sessions (for cats who enjoy it) • Lap time, cuddles, and petting sessions • Window watching and bird watching • Simply keeping a cat company and talking to them if they prefer a calmer visit. I pay close attention to each cat’s body language and preferences. Some cats want an energetic play session, while others just want a quiet companion to sit with them. My goal is to make them feel comfortable, engaged, and loved while their family is away. For boarding specifically, my cat Phil provides companionship for social cats, while shy cats are welcome to keep to themselves in their private room until they feel comfortable.
