Anna was a god send for us. We were gone for a week and had a different pet sitter. That sitter was not working out for us after the first day so I found Anna on rover and sent her a message late that night to start the following afternoon. We were already gone so we met by video chat and Anna was very willing to work with us and help us out. She had thoughtful questions that showed she knew what she was doing. She started later that afternoon and showed up right when she said she would and helped ease our anxiety about our pets right away. She sent multiple updates daily with photos and let us know how the pets were doing. She clearly communicated with us and after a horrible first night with the other sitter, she allowed us to breathe and enjoy our vacation. We honestly want to go on vacation again soon so we can bring Anna back. She will now always be our first choice on rover.

Anna is great! She stayed at our place for two nights. Everything went smoothly, good communication, and the dogs seemed to have a great time!
