I've taken care of animals of a wide range since I was barely able to walk! I've owned / or cared for: dogs, cats, crested geckos, birds and rodents! I'm also used to giving insulin to animals, as I have a diabetic dog of my own currently.

Safety, trust & environment
Since I will be doing home visits primarily, I will ask for specifics because I know the devil is in the details. With all pets, entrances and exits will be quadruple checked and observed to ensure there are no furry escapees. But for specifics, my clients know their homes better than I do so I will ask specifics. Do certain doors not open all the way? Do the animals have a tendency to bolt through? And things of that nature.

Ann, for as long as I’ve known them, has displayed time and again they are a true friend to any and all creatures big and small. Their boundless affection for animals comes effortlessly, as natural as breathing. Their innate ability to form meaningful connections with animals is enviable and they would make an exemplary employee in a caregiver’s position. I’ve personally bore witness to this in their life as they’ve previously cared for dogs, cats, reptiles, chickens, hedgehogs, rabbits and everything in between. The care and wellbeing of animals comes first and last and always, I do not think I could imagine a better fit for a position with Rover.
