Want to feel relaxed knowing your pets are in excellent care? I am attentive, experienced, and passionate about animals. During optional free meets, I go over everything to ensure your experience is seamless and enjoyable. I carry private pet insurance for all pets in my care, so you can have extra peace of mind knowing your furry family member is protected. I enjoy going for walks and stopping by to check in on your pets. House sitting is best suited for multi-pet households or longer stays, as my rates reflect the time, planning, and responsibility involved in providing in home care, but I’m also happy to help with shorter trips and single pet households when availability allows. Weather you have one pet or many, I am happy to discuss your unique needs upfront to make sure it’s a good fit. Households with 5 or more dogs and/or cats will receive a small multi-pet discount. Please include the number of pets and their care needs when reaching out so I can provide an accurate quote. I have over 10 years of hands on pet care experience with animals of all ages, from puppies and kittens to senior pets and those with disabilities. I’ve worked with professional pet sitting companies across multiple states, providing in home house sitting, drop in visits, and dog walking. I’m a nursing student and trained in CPR, Basic Life Support, medication administration, and have some experience with injections. I adjust care to fit each pet’s lifestyle, activity level, and personality, and I’m comfortable working with reactive dogs, anxious/aggressive/scared cats, and pets with medical or behavioral needs. I’m comfortable caring for dogs of all sizes, including large and giant breeds, and have experience handling dogs over 100 pounds. I’ve cared for animals most of my life including my own and those of family, friends, neighbors, and clients. I prioritize every pet’s safety, comfort, and well-being. I tailor my care to each pet’s unique needs. My goal is to accommodate each family’s situation while keeping your pets happy, safe, and comfortable.

I follow your pet’s established feeding, exercise, and medication routine as closely as possible to keep them comfortable and consistent in their environment. I also make sure your home is secure after each visit by locking doors, ensuring kennels or crates are properly closed, and reactivating any security systems if applicable. I maintain a clean and respectful environment in your home and provide regular updates with photos and brief videos so you can feel confident your pet is safe and well cared for while you’re away.

Ann helped us out with a last minute check-in when we had plans change. She was quick to respond to confirm her availability and arrived timely/provided an update on our dogs after the visit. Would rebook in the future!

Hi, welcome to my profile! I’m Ann and I am a student at Normandale in their nursing program. I’m available for drop-in visits, dog walking, and house sitting. I’m happy to discuss availability for your specific request when you message me. During the summer months, I have increased availability and more flexibility for house sitting and pet care. I look forward to connecting. Thanks! CONSTANT CARE AND ENHANCED CARE POLICY: I can provide enhanced care (not able to leave the home for more than 5 hours total in a 24-hour period) at 1.5x my normal rate. Constant care (not able to leave for more than 2 hours in a 24-hour period) is 2.5x my normal rate. These care levels are required for pets needing higher supervision due to medical needs or other care requirements and must be discussed before booking so expectations and pricing are clear.
