Ann can care for
Availability
I offer drop in visits, dog walking, and overnight house sitting, with every visit tailored to your pet’s individual routine and needs. Beginning in late August, my availability will vary as I complete my final semester of nursing school, including clinical rotations, simulations, and coursework. Because my schedule changes throughout the semester, please message me with your travel dates so I can review my schedule and confirm availability for your specific week. This allows me to continue providing the personalized, dependable care my clients expect while completing my nursing education. During the school year, I’ll be taking on a more selective number of bookings while still maintaining availability for new and returning clients. My rates may vary based on availability, demand, and individual care needs. I recommend reaching out early for specific dates! HOUSE SITTING: I need bookings where pets are comfortable with me coming and going throughout the day as needed for school and other commitments. Outside of occasional clinical days, I typically return throughout the day and do not leave pets alone for extended periods. I generally do not offer constant care; however, I may consider select one night weekend constant care stays depending on availability, with rates starting at $400 per 24 hours. CHRISTMAS HOUSE SITTING: Availability between December 18–30 is limited, and I will only be accepting stays of 4 nights or longer during this period. Bookings that overlap with Christmas Eve or Christmas Day are subject to an additional $50/night Christmas premium for the entire stay, beyond my listed holiday rate. I recommend reaching out early for availability. Complimentary meet & greets are always included to ensure we’re the right fit for one another. I look forward to connecting. Thanks!

Safety, trust & environment
I make every effort to follow my clients instructions and preferences, as I believe no one knows their pet better than their parent. I follow each pet’s feeding, exercise, and medication routine as closely as possible to keep them comfortable and consistent in their environment. I make sure your home is secure after each visit by locking doors, ensuring kennels or crates are properly closed, and reactivating any security systems if applicable. I treat every home with the same care and respect I would my own, keeping it clean and tidy throughout my stay. I also provide regular updates with photos and videos so you can feel confident your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for while you're away.
Information Ann W. would like to know about your pet
Please share any special needs, medical requirements, or behavioral concerns before booking to ensure I'm the right fit for your pet. Please let me know how long your pet is comfortable being left alone, as this is important in determining whether I’m the right fit. I generally do not provide constant care, though select one night weekend constant care stays may be considered starting at $400 per 24 hours. Out of respect for my time and yours, please let me know if you’re exploring other care options or meeting with other sitters. Please note: My puppy rate applies to all dogs under 2 years old. Medication administration (oral and topical) is included at no additional charge. Injections are $5 per day, per pet. EXTENDED STAY DISCOUNT: Planning a longer trip? I offer 5% off my nightly house sitting rate for stays of 7+ nights. Please message me for details!
A typical day
House sitting: Includes overnight care in your home with early morning care (breakfast and walk), an afternoon or early evening visit lasting a few hours (dinner, potty break, and/or time outside), and a bedtime routine (final potty break and settling in for the night). For cats and small animals, I provide playtime, cuddles, and mental stimulation during each visit. Reviews

It's always great to have Ann walk my Howie! Howie is about 75 pounds and is reactive with other dogs, so I will ask walkers to try their best to steer away from crossing other dogs' paths. Ann does this every time and gives me an update on Howie did on the walk. I greatly appreciate her.
Ann and Liz are best buds. Great job Ann!!

Ann did great watching out two dogs! She sent updates daily with pictures and always checked in. She was super flexible when we had some last minute schedule changes and was so accommodating! She is great!!
Great job as always. Thank You!!
