I have rescued 3 dogs (2 weenies and a pittie) and have trained them and looked after them through health and sickness for the last 12 years. I've also been caring for dogs on rover for the last 3 years, and have come to love each of them like my own, especially now that our pups have crossed the rainbow bridge. 🌈

Ann took great care of Blue, and sent so many photos which I very much appreciated, as a newer dog mom. She has a lot of experience with dogs, even dealing with medical issues. Blue has a heart condition, so this really put me at ease leaving him with her. This was his first time staying with someone else, and I feel great about having Ann take care of Blue for our longer trips!
My dog really enjoyed her time there. Got lots of photos and the communication was great.

I work from home, and don't have any more dogs in the house, so will be able to devote all my love and attention to yours!

Safety, trust & environment
Never away from the house for too long if your pup is staying with me. And won't have more than 2-3 dogs at a time to maintain a mellow, familiar home environment for your pup. And to make sure every dog's personality meshes. It's hard enough being in a new environment and routine, no need to add dog social dynamics to the mix. Will take them on pack walks, and feed separately to maintain pack cohesion. To help your pup acclimate, their first stay will be just me and them so I can get to know them better and they can get used to the new environment. A higher rate applies to just the first stay. After that, a typical rate will apply and can book them with other dogs at the same time, unless otherwise requested.
Pets
A typical day
I work from home, so can take breaks as our schedule allows. Will take the dogs on individual walks around the neighborhood - no dog parks as it's so unpredictable there. We likely won't have time to take them on any high activity runs or hikes.
