I Provide Peace-of-Mind Right From the Get-Go. I take great care of my clients' pets Just Like They Are Mine. I am respectful of my clients, respectful of their pets and their home/property. I have a track record of zero incidents under my watch since 2015 - this means zero (0) pet incidents as well as zero (0) home/property incidents. I have a high level of discretion and confidentiality - my clients rest easy knowing their sensitive, private information such as their address, gate code, etc. are kept safe and never shared with anyone. My clients enjoy their time away worry-free & stress-free, knowing that I never allow visitors to their homes. Safety, Trust & Environment is super important to me, as they should be to you as well :)

Please Feel Free To Ask Me Any Questions/Concerns.** All Pet Breeds All Rescues Are Welcome -- they MUST BE Spayed/Neutered - No Exceptions:) SAFETY IS MY #1 TOP PRIORITY I accept and prefer Friendly-Happy-Go-Lucky, well behaved, properly leash trained, socialized dogs .. I accept pups less than 12 months old, They Must Be Well Mannered and Properly Leash Trained -- ALL RESCUES ALL BREEDS WELCOME -- I do not prefer dogs with behavioral issues such as aggression, high prey drive, excessive barking, high level separation anxiety, etc. I would like to know your dog(s) personality and if they have special and/or medical needs. **Please Note To All Kitty Owners** I am allergic to sand, clumping clay type of litter..Prefer all natural, biodegradable types of litter, such as those made with wood, paper, walnut shells or corn :) Many Thanks! A typical day
I set my own schedule. I LOVE spending Lots of Quality Time with my pet friends. I spend lots of interaction time with each pet with focus on their favorites, so I also custom tailor the activities. For the dogs, we walk wherever they like to go, usually around the beautiful neighborhoods, parks, beaches, trails, etc. For all pets in general, our fun activities usually involve Goofing Around, Being Silly, Playing with their Favorite Toys, Doing Tricks, Dog Treat Training, Good-Manners Dog Training, Enjoying Meals Together, and of course, Napping Snuggling Cuddling, Watching Animal Shows, Doing Pet Photo/Video Shoots AND Pet Body Massages and Belly Rubs :) Your Pets' sleeping arrangement: Anywhere they want or whatever the owner prefers is totally fine with me. I Cater to Your Needs :)

This is our third time having the pleasure of Ann watching our cat Nico and we cannot say enough good things about her. Nico absolutely adores her and it is clear that she loves him too. She provides regular updates and keeps the house spotless. We always feel completely at ease knowing Nico and our home are in such good hands. I truly cannot recommend her enough. Ann is wonderful.
Ann was fantastic, Bingo loved her, and she communicated throughout our time away.
This is the second time we have used Ann and she continues to exceed our expectations. From the moment we leave she keeps us completely at ease with frequent photo updates and thoughtful check ins. Our home is always left spotless and clearly cared for with the same attention she gives our kitty Nico. She consistently goes above and beyond in ways that do not go unnoticed. When our travel plans changed due to flight delays she was incredibly flexible and accommodating which made a stressful situation so much easier. Ann is truly wonderful and we cannot recommend her enough.
