Pet care experience
Dogs are individuals, they have their own lives and needs and emotions. They need to feel secure, just like we do. They want to be able to act like a dog and not get in trouble for being joyful. I treat all dogs with respect and sensitivity to their needs - whether they want to run around in the yard after a ball or need quiet time at my feet. I have loved dogs all of my life and am devoted to giving them the lives they deserve. There's no better friend on this earth than a dog. I have always felt like the lucky one to have them in my life. You can be certain that your dog will be lovingly cared for, completely.

Ann was our first experience using Rover and it could not have gone better. She watched our 11.5 year old Shiba Inu as we attended a baking class at King Arthur and Troy had a great time with her around her home. Our dog is less comfortable with energetic dogs and Ann was really great about accommodating that and giving him his own space, which we really appreciate. She was great about sending updates and clearly loves dogs. We knew that Troy would be grand after we received a photo of him doing zoomies in her living room.
There is no other way to say it......Ann is a dog whisperer. She loves dogs and my puppy was absolutely in heaven. Ann's 2 dogs are very friendly and inviting. Ann just rolls with whatever you throw her way.
Ann was fantastic, we reached out to her last minute as another sitter fell through. She watched our dog while we skied for the day, he is generally pretty shy but warmed up to her and her dogs quickly. They also have a great fenced in yard to play. Thanks Ann!
Ann was wonderful! She took such good care of our dog Targhee in her beautiful home and her two dogs were so sweet! We were lucky to find her! Communication with Ann was also super easy and she was so nice! We highly recommend!

A typical day
I have a very large fenced back yard and a very dog-friendly house. There are also acres of woods behind my house that I walk in daily with my dog. I also live within 3 min of amazing dog-friendly year-round groomed wilderness trails that go on for miles! And there is a river within walking distance of my house. Depending on the weather, we will make use of some of these areas once a day. The backyard is always available, and the house is dog-friendly - including the couch!
