Your dog will be completely loved!
Skiers, Hikers, Visitors, Neighbors - I’m back!! Dogs are individuals, they have their own lives and needs and emotions. They need to feel secure, just like we do. They should be able to act like a dog and not get in trouble for being joyful. I treat all dogs with respect and sensitivity to their needs - whether they want to run around in the yard after a ball or need quiet time at my feet. I have loved dogs all of my life and am devoted to giving them the lives they deserve. There's no better friend on this earth than a dog. I have always felt like the lucky one to have them in my life. You can be certain that your dog will be lovingly cared for, completely. I do NOT use crates. If you feel a crate is necessary as part of your dog’s routine, please bring it with you. Pick-up/drop-off can be arranged if my schedule allows. I’m also flexible with extended hours if we discuss it in advance, and I won’t charge you if it’s not too extreme! ***I do require proof that vaccines are current - including BORDATELLA (kennel cough) and Rabies vaccines, to protect all pups. If you want a same-day booking, this documentation is still required. Also, I do not accept any dogs/puppies who are currently positive for parasites, even if being treated. Thank you!

Ann was absolutely great with my boy Snoopy! He is a very high energy Cattle dog who has spent very little time away from me for the past 9 years. I was nervous about boarding him, since he can be a lot for people, but Ann was absolutely amazing with him. He cozied up to her immediately and the pictures I got of him playing and having fun made me feel much better about being away from him. He got lots of attention and play time and I’m very thankful that Ann was so good with him. Highly Recommend!!!
We are beyond grateful to have found Ann! She took care of our two dogs as if they were her own and truly loved them while we were away. It gave us such peace of mind knowing they were in such caring and capable hands. Izzy was a wonderful playmate for our pups, and it was clear they were having so much fun together. Ann also sent regular photo updates, which meant the world to us and reassured us that our fur babies were happy and well cared for. We will absolutely have Ann watch our dogs again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, attentive, and loving!
Ann was amazing - 5 star plus! She was very easy to communicate with and took amazing care of my dog Lilly! It was very evident that she truly loves dogs! Would highly recommend.
Ann was wonderful with our 11m old English Setter pup! We did 2 days of doggy daycare with her while our family went skiing at Loon. Ann was flexible, accommodating, and gave our boy so much love. She sent us photo and video updates during the day and Harbor was excited to go back for a second day. He was very comfortable with Ann and her sweet dog Izzy. We were so glad to have found her and will definitely use her services again. She treated our dog like her own and could not have asked for better care!
Ann was our first experience using Rover and it could not have gone better. She watched our 11.5 year old Shiba Inu as we attended a baking class at King Arthur and Troy had a great time with her around her home. Our dog is less comfortable with energetic dogs and Ann was really great about accommodating that and giving him his own space, which we really appreciate. She was great about sending updates and clearly loves dogs. We knew that Troy would be grand after we received a photo of him doing zoomies in her living room.

Safety, trust & environment
Dogs are allowed throughout the house, there is direct access to the deck and the yard, including a ramp from the deck. I do NOT use crates. If you feel a crate is necessary as part of your dog’s routine, please bring it with you. Very high strung playing dogs may not be a good fit, as I have a three-legged Great Pyrenees. Let’s chat about it and see! No aggressive dogs - your dog must enjoy the company of other dogs and humans. Any history of biting must be disclosed.

A typical day
I have a fenced backyard, large deck, and a very dog-friendly house. There are 50 acres of meadows and woods with hiking trails right next to my house - that we walk daily unless it’s too hot/cold. The backyard and deck are always available if dogs want to be outside, otherwise they hang out with me - even on the couch, unless the owner says otherwise. I also have dog beds, lots of balls/toys are always available, and non-rawhide bones. Pick-up/drop-off can be arranged if my schedule allows. I’m also flexible with extended hours if we discuss it in advance, and I won’t charge you if it’s not too extreme!
