Information Ann Na S. would like to know about your pet

Let me know if your dog have any special needs or behaviors I should take note during the stay so that I can make plans to accommodate all of his/her needs.

A typical day

For active dogs: Morning - a 20 to 30 mins walk around the neighbourhood and feed them after. There might be a 10 - 15 mins toilet break in between morning and noon depending on my schedule/they show the need to go out. Noon - Atleast 30 to 45 mins walk (longer if the weather is good), treat might be given if owner allows. Afternoon - toilet break again & play time/training. Evening - we will go out on a walk again and meet some dog friends around the neighbourhood/ at Kelvingrove dog park for socialisation. ------ For lap dogs: Similar to the routine above but with shorter walk duration (I'll always let them tell me when they are done with walks) and do indoor training or play tug of war/ball catching instead.

Animal lover, ❤️ walks and cuddles

Pet care experience

I'm always surrounded with pets since young as my whole family are animal lovers. I have many years of experiences handling various animals/house pets, and these are the animals I had handled so far: 🐶🐱🐹🐰🦔🐓🐢🐟. I like to work with the owner to understand their pet's behaviors before providing any services to ensure their pet have a good time with me. Happy to follow any routines that you've established with them to reduce the amount of stress caused by their change of surroundings.

Ann was great with Willow, as she always is. We feel reassured seeing how happy Willow is to see Ann each time. Communication is always prompt and she is always there to meet us when doing drop off/ collection, which is really helpful.

I had a one day conference in Glasgow so was looking for daycare when I came across Ann on Rover. She was really responsive to my messages and everything was super easy and clear from drop off to pick up. Ann kept me up to date all day with what her and Arla were up to and even though Arla is super anxious, Ann dealt with it brilliantly. Thank you so much!

Anna looked after Alfie for a night and a day at very short notice. It was her first time with him and everything went so well. All the arrangements and communication were quick, easy and efficient. When we dropped him off, he trotted away with her without a look over his shoulder and when we came back to pick him up, he was obviously happy and relaxed. Alfie is an easy and affectionate dog at home but can be a little difficult out and about as he’s usually reactive with other dogs he sees out on walks. Anna clearly managed him brilliantly and we’d be very happy for her to look after him again. She sent us lots of pictures and updates so we had no worries while we were away. Thanks Anna!
