I work everyday from 9am to 5pm, so I am available anytime outside of those hours to take care of your pet. I can’t do any long term stays because I have to travel some, but I’m happy to help with any stays lasting a week or less.

I would like to know size and breed of the dog before pet sitting for them. I would also like to know how the dog does with other dogs if the owner knows. I have no preferences, I would just like to know a little about the pet beforehand so I can provide the best care possible for them :)
A typical day
I will do whatever gets the pet excited and fulfills their need for fun and exercise. If the owner specifies any particular activities the pet enjoys than we will of course do that. If no specifics are given, if the pet is a dog, we will go for walks, play fetch and tug-of-war, and I’ll give all the head scratches a dog could want. If it is a cat, it will depend on the personality of the cat, but definitely some good pets if the cat enjoys those.

I am a graduate from Clemson University with a degree in Animal and Veterinary Sciences. I have previously interned at an animal rescue where I cared for and medicated (including eye and nose drops, pills and vaccines) the dogs, cats, horses, and bunnies who came into our rescue. Daily duties included feeding, medicating, exercising (of the dogs and horses), and playing with the animals. The rescue had many puppies that I assisted in house training and basic command training (sit, stay, come, leash training, etc.) I also was an intern at the Greenville Zoo where I assist the keepers in daily animal care of many different animal species. In 2021 I hiked the Appalachian Trail which is 2200 miles long, so I would love to take your furry friend for a walk!

Ann Marie cared for all three of our dogs on multiple visits. She was great with the dogs - professional and thorough and our pups loved her. We have an old lab, cavapoo and mini dachshund. Highly recommend Anne Marie! We look forward to having her back to keep our fur babies.
