We will discuss your pet's likes, dislikes, habits and how you would best like the time spent. I won't work with any pet who shows unwanted behaviors upon the meet and greet. I want to know all about your pet so we can have a great time together! For cats and other small mammals, I typically go with the flow of their personality. If they like to play, we'll do it! If they like their space, I'll respect it! For dogs, I will take your advice and direction on what they like best. Usually a walk and favorite games work out well.
A typical day
Since I will be walking in your dog's own neighborhood and environment, we'll check out their favorite spots while investigating anything new! One of the most fun things about dogs is how they follow their noses! If your pup has favorite games we can certainly work those in too!

My name is Ann Marie. I am crazy about animals! I have a lot of patience with them, bond well with them, and love to see them happy. Your pet's well being is tops at all times when they are with me. You will always know how your pet is doing by daily photos and updates. Some things to take note of: * I require a meet and greet before taking on a new client. ** I am fully vaccinated against Covid-19 with booster. *** A fee will be assessed for pick up/drop off of keys. I've been a pet parent most of my life with very few breaks in between. I know how hard it is to leave your furkids with someone else. My love of animals and wanting them to be happy has propelled my career from the day I started. My clients tell me that their pets look forward to my visits. I am safety conscious, first aid trained, and simply love to be with animals. Why I love pet sitting I have been an animal lover since I can remember. As I went through life, animals were consistently a big part of it. I love going to "work"! My experience administering medication I will administer meds by mouth but I don't give shots. Please note that I have some breed restrictions.

It was December when our two cats, Martha and Rosie, filled our home and hearts with joy. Since then we haven’t traveled for longer than a couple of nights. This was our first experience with the rover app and Ann Marie. We cannot be happier and relieved from our very positive experience. Ann Marie took great care of our two girls. From the moment she came for the initial house visit, to her amazing and open dialogue during our vacation. Certainly put things at ease.
