Ann was always on time, reliable, and made sure Muffin got his medication and followed his daily routine. This was our first time using Rover and leaving him at home. He’s very attached to us and has some separation anxiety, but Ann made the whole experience easy and comforting. We appreciated the daily updates, had total peace of mind and would absolutely book her again. Highly recommend! 🐾💛
