We love dogs! 🐶
Hi, we are Jaren and Ann Skinner and our 14 year old daughter Fiona. Along with our 2 small but mighty dogs, 4 year old, 20lb, certified service dog and miniature Australian Shepherd Bowie, and 8 year old, 4lb yorkie Mookie! We ask your pets get along with other smaller dogs. We moved to Asheville/Hendersonville from Fort Myers Florida in 2022 after we had enough of the hurricanes (Ian), and the heat. We absolutely love this area. Our place: We have a large, 2 story residence with very large outdoor area! Our Aussie can’t get enough outside fun time. Dogs are allowed in all areas of the downstairs living area. Upstairs has two rooms available if your pup likes alone time in a crate to sleep. Just let us know your fur baby’s preferences! We are home nearly 24/7 because we work here also. So you can trust we will take great care of your fur baby.

Thanks Ann, Jaren and Fiona, Thanks for taking Roxy at short notice. It really helped our transition from out of state to NC. She is a scardy cat for sure. I planned to leave my two Cavs with Ann and Jaren while I went to a family birthday party. One of the Cavs is a poster child for the breed. No worries there. The other is a recent adoptee. She lived in a crate for years before she came to live with me. She is velcro who becomes a whirling dervish the instant I move away. Big worries there. I needed not worry at all. When it was time for me to pick them up, things were fine. It was obvious the girls had a good visit with Ann and Jaren and their pups. Highly recommend them.
Dropped off for half day babysitting and everything went great. Will highly recommend!

Very helpful with last minute booking! We found out that we couldn't take our pup on to a booking we made when we were out of town. We had to quickly find care and Ann and Jaren were very responsive and helpful! They took great care of our pup!

Schedule
We are home nearly 24/7 because we work from home. So, you can trust we will take great care of your fur baby. We have 2 small dogs that call this home also.

We have a large 2 story home with a lot of land around the home. We have private upstairs rooms available for your fur baby if that is what you need. Lots of space in our office and home for crates and play areas. Hard laminate flooring for easy cleaning of any accidents :)

A typical day
A small kiddie pool in back yard for water fun during the warm months. Tons of dog toys inside the house as Bowie is always asking us to play fetch :) Trips to the nearby dog parks are an option if you prefer. We are outside quite often.
