I have a dog of my own named Finn, who I adore! He is a mini dachshund. I also grew up in a home with several animals, so caring for pets has always been a natural part of my life. I love cats and dogs equally, and I’ve volunteered at the Humane Society of the Black Hills as well.

Safety, trust & environment
I won’t be caring for pets in my own home, but I’m very comfortable providing care in your home and helping your pets stick to their normal routine. I also pet sit for my brother’s dog frequently, so I’m used to managing daily needs like feeding schedules, potty breaks, playtime, and companionship. I’m happy to take your pet on walks and make sure they’re fed, exercised, and getting plenty of attention and affection. I know how important it is for pets to feel safe and comfortable while you’re away, and I’ll do my best to keep things as normal for them as possible. I also don’t mind helping with light household chores during my visits, things like bringing in mail/packages, watering plants, taking out trash, or tidying up pet areas so you can come home to a clean, settled space.

Ann did great with my dog and was reliable. She stayed at my place with him and was very communicative and sent pictures. I would recommend her and would use her again.
Ann was raised with pets, she looked after our great dane Magic for most of his nine year life and great danes require a lot of attention Magic was a 220lb blue Ann would take hime forbwalk and was able to keep him happy all day any day. She also had other dogs and cats will stayingbwith her mom. She is an amazing animal caregiver.
Ann is currently working towards a nursing degree at SDSU. She is committed and responsible. She is kind and compassionate and will treat any animal with respect and love.

Schedule
I am currently an accelerated nursing student at SDSU and my schedule works well for pet sitting. I also enjoy taking care of animals it’s very therapeutic for me so it works out. I’m pretty flexible when it comes to pet sitting in someone else’s home. I cannot do it in my own because it’s my mother’s house and she’s allergic to dogs. My own dog is with my husband while I am in nursing school. So I will compensate by getting all the love from the pets.
