I grew up with dogs and cats as a child. As soon as I moved out to Canada, I got my own dog. My kids grew up with all kinds of animals in the house, the animals helped make my house a home. I’ve looked after friends and family pets most of my life and occasionally got paid for it.

Ann was absolutely fantastic with our dog, Pepper. Right from the start we noticed her calm and inviting energy and felt that our beloved girl was in good hands. She was extremely communicative, provided lots of updates and pictures, and even washed our bedsheets at the end of her stay. We could tell just how much she enjoyed being with Pepper and never got the sense that she treated it like a chore. If we can, we would love to have her watch our dog again!
Ann is very thoughtful and uses her walks with our puppy as a training opportunity, which is great! We will book with her again.
Our 2 year old exuberant female Samoyed Lumi Rae had a great time out on her walk with Ann!! It was their first time together, an they did a wonderul walk from our hotel to Lost Lake and back. Ann arranged for us to meet up the afternoon before, for a "meet and greet", so that we could give her a rundown of Lumi Rae's personality and training, which was very helpful for all of us. Will definitely will have Ann take Lumi Rae out again when we are back in Whistler!!
Ann was very communicative and helped our puppy with leash manners! She was available on short notice for a meet and greet. We will book with her again!
Ann is great 😊 Our doggies loved having Ann and her partner here. Lots of adventures and cuddles!

Schedule
I took semi retirement early to enjoy life more and work less. I don’t consider caring for a pet a job. I work less the 30 hrs a week so lots of time to care for your pets in your home

Safety, trust & environment
Lots of exercise, stick to the routine already set up by the owner. Lots of patience as the animal gets to know me and plenty of cuddles along the way. I have experience with seizures and epilepsy
A typical day
I love to walk in all kinds of weather. I’m very comfortable around large dogs. I enjoy meeting other dogs while walking or not if the dog is not socialized. I can provide off leash exercise if the dog has good recall and owner is comfortable.
