K9's big and small have been part of our family since I was a toddler. We grew up loving and caring for furry family members and I am comfortable with most breeds and sizes. My husband and I can take your dog on long walks or just stay in and cuddle. 4S Ranch is a very dog friendly neighborhood with many grassy parks and three off leash enclosed dog parks. My goal is to make sure that your dog feels at home, comfortable, secure and safe. I will update you on our adventures by sending you pictures and videos during your dog's stay with us, if you so wish. We will also take care of your home by watering plants, bringing mail in etc. My 12 year old Chihuahua x Miniature Pinscher, Rolo, and 11 year old Chihuahua x Dachshund, Wally are social and interact well with people and other dogs. They are both rather quiet and are starting to act like two old men now. A lot of sleeping, lounging and cuddling. They are walked twice a day and get a few shorter potty breaks in between. On weekends, we take them on outings beach walks if it is not too hot. My experience administering medication- We are very comfortable administering oral, topical and injectable medication. Home Environment- -Neat home in a safe neighborhood. -Baby gates are set up as double barriers at doors leading outside. -Cushiony pet beds inside and outside on the covered, walled in patio. -Many toys to play with. -We don't leave food out during the day. Your dog's sleeping arrangement- Wherever he or she prefers.
