Trusted sitter who loves her job!
I love animals and have always had a house full. I have fostered animals for the local shelter and have become a “foster fail” more than once. (adopting my fosters) My kids are grown and we love to travel so we currently don’t have any pets -and I really miss it. Rover is a win-win! I get my pet fix and a dog or cat gets loving attention while the owners are working or away. I love to hike so if you have a dog that likes long walks- we are a match made in heaven. Currently I am watching a “senior pet” - so we do many mini walks instead and then cuddle on the couch. I can adapt my routine to your pets needs. I have owned cats for the last 20 years. I’ve had had a senior cat and cats with medical issues- so nothing feline related can throw me for a loop! I am very comfortable with special diets and administering medication. Apart from the food, litter box and basic needs - I believe in plenty of attention and lap time . When I do drop ins- I also pick up mail, water plants, put garbage out, etc. The things that I would want done while I was away. And while I'm walking your pup or checking on your kitty, I don't watch the clock. I always end up walking the pups for closer to an hour or staying and giving the kitties some lap time. I do this because I love it- not because I'm trying to get in as many clients as I can. :) I am not working- so I can adapt my routine to your pets needs. I believe in frequent walks and we live on 2 acres surrounded by nat'l forest- so if your dog is good off leash we take two steps out my door and are on the trail system. I also know how it is to be away from your pet baby- so I always send multiple daily pic's so you can see how things are going!

Anita is a gem. She took care of Jax like he was her own, communicated really well and was able to work w a few logistical needs we had. Def going to work with her again!!!
My dog, Landy has a new best friend!! Anita came to the rescue when we needed someone to walk our dog for a few days while we were tied up in meetings in SLC. Two of the days, Landy was able to "take Anita on a hike" to see her favorite places to play in the snow and one day she had a blast at Run-a-Muk with lots of other dogs to play with and plenty of time to enjoy them. Anita sent wonderful videos that showed how much fun Landy was having and then made sure to get her settled back home with plenty of water, a special treat and ready for a nap! We highly recommend Anita for your pet's care and are looking forward to using her services again. Thank you, Anita!!
Anita watched our pup while we went skiing. She was the best!! She had beds for our dog in different rooms so he could always be with her and she took him on multiple walks during the day. The walks weren't just around the neighborhood, but on nature trails and off leash at the dog park!! He had a blast. She sent pictures every day of him out walking and then later snoozing on the couch!! It was so nice to not have to worry about our baby while we were away. You can tell she does this because she loves it which makes all the difference. She is our "go to" pup sitter!!
Anita did a fantastic job caring for our two elderly cats while we were out of town. She was very attentive to their unique needs and went above and beyond making them feel comfortable while we were away. She kept us updated with sweet photos of our cats and how they were doing each day. Our cats appreciated the care and love Anita gave them and we will definitely rebook with Anita in the future!
Anita is a amazing! Her calendar was actually up-to-date, which made booking so much easier. I loved seeing photos/videos of my fur baby having the time of her life out on the trails. Anita is very dependable, flexible and great communicator. I will definitely use her again and highly recommend!
Anita is fabulous! She definitely loves the dogs she takes care of and loves them like her own. She makes sure that they feel safe and comfy in her home since she knows it can be stressful for them - from special ad hoc beds around her home so they can always be near her to brushing and belly rubs! Anita also loves to hike so I know my dog gets plenty of outdoor time, exercise & sniffs - not just a walk around the block. My golden whines with excitement when he sees her!

I take care of your pet(s) like they were my own. Same with your home. I had a bad experience with pet caregivers in the past and realized how hard it is to find someone you trust and who truly goes above and beyond with your pet. I do this bc I love it and make sure that the pet mom and dad can be away stress free knowing their pet is getting lots of loving care.
Un día normal
Lots of walks on leash- and if they are able.. taking them daily to the dog park for off leash fun! Hide and go seek with toys and treats is always super funny. I like to try to hit different walking trails so that it doesn't get boring for the dogs and me alike!
