Pet care experience
Anita the pet whisperer
I have been raised on a farm, with dogs, cats, cows, pigs, chickens, ducks, rabbits, guinea pigs, one turtle and even a goat. I love all creatures small and big, except for spiders (terrified of them). Since I was little I took care of the animals mentioned above, I had dogs, cats and rabbits as my responsibility. I would ensure they are kept alive and well taken care of including, grooming, feeding and walking. I also occasionally help with my friend's dogs (pug and Yorkie), but they do not need me as much just for occasional walks and feed. I have recently pet sat for a Main Coon for a week, and I was responsible even for administering medication. I do not shy away from that and I am happy to learn if that is required. I would like to assure you that taking care of pets is not just sitting with them and keeping them fed and walked. It is much more for me. I believe that all pets need attention, and they need to be played with actively.

Our pup Xander had a lovely time with Anita and Pedro. She sent us videos, photos and updates. Any instructions given were followed and we had such an ease of mind during the stay. Xander cannot wait for his next hangout and we are looking forward to the hangs becoming regular, too!
Anita was amazing with little Enzo last week. It was his first time away from home and Anita was brilliant. Will definitely be booking Anita again.

Schedule
I work full time, however, for three out of 5 days I work from home so I am able to look after your animal, including going for walks during lunch time. I also am happy to have your pet in my bedroom whilst I work. I am available over the weekends as well , and happy to help. I do not mind early mornings and late evenings either.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced garden in my house, so your fur baby can have plenty of space to run around. I am happy to follow any instructions given by pet owners when in their house so that their pet receives the best care. I do not deeply leave them to be (unless that is how they prefer to be) I like to play with pets and get their energy out if needed.
Pets
A typical day
Wake up around 6 pm, breakfast time after that a walk. Before, lunch I often go out to the garden to play with dogs, and I keep them in my office/ bedroom as I work. At lunch I like to go for a walk again. Then after work another walk before a walk. I like to chill in the evening on the sofa everyone is welcomed.
