Hi! I’m Anissa — a French teacher living in Sweden, and a lifelong animal lover. I’ve always thought of myself as a dog person. There’s just something about their honesty, their joy, and their loyal hearts that I’ve always admired. But one day, while living in South Africa, I met a little stray cat who completely changed my mind. I rescued her, brought her all the way to Sweden, and she’s now part of my family. Since then, I’ve realized I’m not just a dog person — I’m an animal person. Along my travels I've always tried to spread some love to stray cats and dogs that I came across. I try to get some food and a little attention to make their life just more bearable, even if its just for a few hours. I love spending time outdoors, surrounded by nature, and I find real happiness in the company of animals. I dream of having a dog one day, my daughter is also a dog lover and spends her time asking people on the street if she can cuddle their dog but since we live in an apartment, I’ve decided to share my love and care by walking and helping others’ dogs enjoy the best part of their day — their walk! Every animal deserves kindness, patience, and love, and that’s exactly what I bring to each walk: gentle care, fun, and fresh Swedish air. 🌿🐶
