I’ve looked after dogs for people close to me for years, from regularly caring for my partner’s dog to walking neighbours’ dogs and sitting for friends when they’re away. It’s given me hands on experience with different temperaments, routines, and needs. I’m comfortable adapting to different dogs and making sure they feel settled and safe.

I care for pets the same way u would want someone to care for mine. I stuck closely to their usual routine, make sure they feel comfortable in their space, and give them attention, exercise, and calm company. I’m respectful of owner’s homes, keeping things clean and organised, and always prioritise the pet’s wellbeing and safety.

My dog was very well looked after, I knew for sure she would have a great time with Anisha who very kindly took on the booking at late notice and was more than happy to move the pick up time till later when I couldn't make it back on time.
Anisha did an amazing job looking after my dog. Communication throughout the day was great and I could tell my dog was being well looked after and also having a really good time.

Schedule
I am a part time PhD student and often work from home, so pet care fits easily into my daily routine. I naturally take regular breaks to get outside and stay active, which makes dog walking feel like a normal part of my day rather than something I’m rushing. Being home-based also means I can be flexible, stick to routines, and give dogs plenty of attention and company.

- Before caring for a pet, it’s helpful to know their usual routine, feeding schedule, walking preferences, and any training cues they respond to. I also like to be aware of any medical needs, allergies or behavioural sensitivities as well as how they interact with other dogs, people, or new environments. Knowing what makes a dog feel comfortable, and what might cause stress, helps me provide consistent, confident care and keep them safe and relaxed.
