I'm a lifelong animal lover whose family has always kept multiple pets at home, including cats and dogs of all sizes, from small chihuahuas to 100+ pound rescue dogs. I've raised and trained multiple puppies, and cared for elderly animals. I have an active lifestyle and love being able to take dogs on walks or even hikes and swimming out in nature! I've cared for many special-needs animals with demanding medical conditions. It was a challenge to get my former dog Benji through multiple intensive surgeries on his legs for example, with both legs operated on at once--but he recovered immaculately. I administer an inhaler each day for my cat, Jasper, who has asthma. My pets have received special diets; I made fresh, nutritious food from scratch for my past dogs.

I have experience watching over dogs in open public spaces such as dog parks, where safety requires full, close attention. I've also cared for many escape-artist pets, and know how to prevent animals from sneaking outside the home or an enclosed area.

The best words to describe Anisa are empathetic and thoughtful. She always went the extra mile to not only care for my dog with the basic necessities like food and water, but to connect on a meaningful level and really be a companion for him when I'm away. She has a great attention to detail and always ensured my complete peace of mind when I was travelling frequently in the past.
Anisa is a great pet sitter and has always had my back whenever I needed my cats to be pet sitted! She took care of my old cat, Hamlet, plenty of times. In addition, she has taken care of my current cats as well. She has a lot of experience of taking care of cats and dogs as well!
Anisa is fantastic. There isn’t a person I trust more to care for my elderly cat, Rubi, than her. My normally skittish and territorial cat warmed up to her almost immediately. I handed Anisa an extensive list of instructions for Rubi health issues and she followed it to a tee. I can feel at ease when out of town because Anisa is responsible and communicative, sending lots of photos. I highly recommend her, She is my go-to!

Schedule
I teach elementary and middle school grade levels, and I treat animals with just as much care as my students! I'm a highly punctual person with reliable transportation to travel to your pet/home. I am available for flexible scheduling at any time of day on weekends, as well as weekday mornings and evenings.
