I’ll run, play, pet, and love
I will care for your dog however they like, whether it be going for a run or just sitting on the couch. I have dog sit for a variety of dogs from Chihuahuas to Great Danes. I am a volleyball coach which includes practice 2x a week and some tournaments, but in between that I will make the time to love and care for your animals! I do not have any pets of my own, but always did wish I had a dog. Overall I love animals and helping people, so this is a very well fit job. I hope I can help you stay stress free while you are away from your fur babies :) I usually work 3 hours in the morning/early afternoon during the week, have practice for 3 hours 2x a week, go the gym about an hour a day, and when I have tournaments, I will be gone around 8 hours.

When I stay at owner’s houses to watch their pets, I stick to whatever schedule the dog is used to. Including walks, play time, feeding schedule, medication.

I hired Anika to take care of my 2 cats and 1 anxious dog in my house. This was my first time leaving my pets and the first time giving a stranger access to my house while I was away. Anika was wonderful. She sent me pictures of my pets and I could tell they were super at ease with her. Next time I travel I’ll reach out to Anika for pet care for sure!

Schedule
I usually work between 9 and 1 during the week and occasionally on the weekend. I coach high school volleyball, so we have practice 4-6 and matches on some days which are in the evening. Other than that I go to the gym and try to go on a walk everyday, but other than that I am at home hanging out!
