You'll only see pictures of my two cats here on Rover (DSH), but I also have a bird (parakeet) so I know what it means to be a responsible pet owner. I’m very meticulous with their care, to the point where I even use exact measurements for their food. I bring the same meticulousness into pet sitting to make sure the animal(s) get cared for in the exact same way their families would take care of them. NOTE: Once the booking is finalized, I’d like to drop by one day before you leave for your trip to get a feel for how you do things with your cats — where their food and water are, litter boxes, toys, etc. There’s absolutely no extra charge for this. It’s just something I like to do to get to know the pet owners, as well as meet the animals so they aren’t entirely shocked when they see me while you’re away.

Please let me know if your animal has any specific care instructions. This could be anything from the specific measurements of food they need (if applicable) to any behavioral things I should be aware of (for example, if they're more standoffish or might be aggressive towards strangers), or even simple things like where they like being pet and different hiding spots to look for them if I can't find them.
A typical day
I like running around and playing with them using their favorite toys. I also like just sitting and keeping them company, depending on which the cat prefers. Most of the time, I'll play it by ear based on what the cat is comfortable with/wants to do. I also take into account how their family would play with/spend time with them and make sure to do that myself, as well.

Cat care experience
I love animals so much! I’m most experienced with cats but have experience with birds, as well. I’m a regular sitter for 4 friends/families, one of whom I’ve been with for 5 years. I’m a stickler about following care instructions to a T (and honestly prefer being provided with detailed instructions). I also make sure to spend time and play with the cat(s). If you hire me, please be ready to receive a million photos and videos of your pet(s) being adorable.
