Pet care experience
I've grown up surrounded by and loving animals. I've been helping care for my family's cats all my life, before adopting a pair of zebra finches (since passed) at ten, and taking over temporary care of my sister's rabbit at fifteen after she left for university. Twice I volunteered to clean up after cats at a local cat show run by the Cat Fanciers Association when I was eleven and twelve. I'm also patient with shy, ill-behaved, and/or high-needs animals. I want them to be healthy, happy, and as comfortable with me as I am with them.

Anika is great with animals of all kinds and has experience taking care of cats, dogs, birds, and rabbits. Anika spent four years volunteering on weekends at a bird rescue center helping to feed baby birds, treat injured birds, clean up after all of them and prepare meals. At home Anika has taken care of birds, cats, and a rabbit and also one day wants a snake and a bearded dragon. Anika is very responsible and dependable.
