Pet care experience
I am a veterinary assistant at an animal hospital so working with and dealing with animals is nothing new to me! Whether small chihuahuas or large st Bernard’s, animals of all shapes, sizes, breeds, or ages are welcome and accepted! I have experience giving medications (oral and injectable), monitoring health, accommodating based on behavior, age, or disability, and will be happy to learn and execute any specific needs/tasks needed for your babies! All animal species welcome: 🐶🐱🐰🐹🐤🐵🐴🦉 Please note: I am a full-time vet assistant, therefore, most care will be provided before work, or after work. Please be aware of how constant your pets need care/supervision before moving forward.
Reviews

I have used Angie for my pets two times now and she is absolutely wonderful! We have already booked her for a third time! We highly recommend her!

Angie was amazing! She took such good care of our little dog. She kept us updated with his care each day and included pictures and videos. It really allowed us to enjoy our vacation. I can’t recommend her enough. We’ll definitely request her in the future.

Angie has been fabulous!!! She sent multiple pictures of our boys daily and always gave frequent updates. Us and our boys love Angie!

Pros: Angie was sweet and treated my pets and my house with care. She provided for their basic needs. She cleaned up after herself and the animals. She sent lots of pictures and responded to texts. She stopped by for 5-10 mins on her lunch break during the day to let the dogs out to potty. Cons: I hired a housesitter (rather than drop ins) because I wanted someone to provide companionship to my animals. I thought I communicated this pretty clearly, but maybe I wasn't clear enough. I knew she worked long hours and she communicated she would be back around 630pm each day. What she didn't communicate was that she would only stay for around 45 mins- an hour then come back around 10pm to sleep each day. This was not what we expected and caused me stress on my vacation. We really wanted someone who could provide a bit of companionship after work, a lap to lay on. Overall, my animals needs were taken care of and my house was as clean as we left it when we came home so I'm grateful for that. Just a mismatch of expectations.
