I am a pet lover in all fashions and enjoy spending time with animals in every way! I have now been helping to walk and stay with dogs on Rover since 2019. I have loved being able to take care of your animals and reassure you that your dogs are getting the best care and their needs met while you are away. I promise to provide the care to your animals that I give to my own dog! I have my own, almost 3 year old, large, mixed-breed dog named Yale and she is a spoiled girl. I got her at 10 weeks, so I also have experience puppy rearing. Growing up I had two huskies who required the demand for walks and were active dogs, this has provided me a foundation I know I can use to help keep other dogs active. While it is important for your dog to exercise and get walks, there is also an emphasis on ensuring the dog walker is compatible with your dog, and I have yet to find a dog who I cannot immediately make a connection with. I also have dog sat while families are on vacation and can care for animals, play with them, and feed them for extended periods of time. I am an animal lover at heart and would love the opportunity to be your dog's favorite dog walker!

Safety, trust & environment
Making sure dogs are comfortable in their own home while their owners are away is crucial. Therefore, as time allows, I make sure to go to meet both you and your pets beforehand, that way I can be introduced, understand what their space is like and start off on a good note. I make sure to ask questions and do my own scan of safety features such as looking for weak spots in fences. I also make sure to keep a clean environment that way your animals are safe during hours I may not be present in your home

Angie is always amazing but this time she really went above and beyond!!! Our pup got an upset tummy while we were away. She cleaned up his mess and even treated our carpet for us doing her best to prevent any stains! She is very attentive to Bullet, he absolutely loves her! We are so lucky to have found her!! We have been using her for over two years now and look forward to using her again in the future!

I am currently a graduate student a have a fairly flexible schedule. I ensure that I do not take on more work than I am able to commit to, to make sure I am exceeding the care for your animal!

- All breeds accepted. I would like to know if the dogs is nervous or has a bite history. Additionally, for puppies, I like to know what language or commands you are using, that way I can make sure to align with what you are teaching and help to grow your puppies knowledge and trust.
